The prosecution have responded to KFA's motion seeking to preclude the state from seeking the death penalty for Luigi.

KFA replied to the prosecution two days later on the 16th.

In the PA case the prosecution didn't meet the deadline to respond to Dickey's suppression motion and have been granted an extension.

Luigi's next court appearance is this Friday, the 25th of April.

@Tragon Dirtle

I'm certain that I posted an archive of his blog earlier in the thread, maybe in January? If I recall correctly it was a reference to videogamedunkey - another day, another play.

Luigi has updated his letter catalogue - I can finally say that he received my letter! I am CD [Ireland] 1/19, and he received my letter on the 8th of April. He received a lot more letters in the past month compared to months previous, and is still getting letters from December. He's also receiving a lot more international letters than usual. I really don't know how MDC handles mail but it seems very inefficient. Will let you guys know if I get a reply!

All the bootlickers are celebrating, you'd think Luigi was a school shooter, serial killer or bombed a building the way they speak of him
You can slaughter 20 average people in a mass shooting and get life without parole, but if you shoot a member of the elite you are fast tracked to the death penalty.

Good way go guarantee people who decide to follow in his footsteps do it in a much less restrained and violent manner.

The US government has filed its notice of intention to seek the death penalty, so it's finally official.

Some new photos of Luigi have been dropped, mainly by Xitter and Tumblr accounts. The first set is from a Halloween party and the second set is him as a freshman in class.

Cue the Reddit thirsting over barely legal Luigi.

Jessica Turner the OG Onlyfans whore posted a letter she received from Luigi.

Another BPD demon, this time an aspiring actress, claims to have received a letter from Luigi but has provided no proof to substantiate her claim.

An entire Instagram has been set up to document the mountains of Luigi thirst from across the Internet.

1000028813.webp

Some Luigi fans have posted the contents of the letters they sent him.

Luigi was in federal court today - he wasn't seen on camera but apparently was in good spirits, wearing brown prison clothes with a short haircut. He spent most of his time talking with his death penalty advisor Avi Moskowitz, and plead not guilty to the federal charges. In court Karen announced that the defence are requesting that the federal case proceed before the state trial which the judge seemed sympathetic to. There won't be another federal arraignment until December 5th which is when the date for his federal trial will be set. The judge also laid out when she wants motions from both the prosecution and defence filed.

Karen asserted that the prosecution listened to a recorded phone call between her and Luigi at MDC.

Karen is also seeking bail for Luigi.

Here are sketches of Luigi inside the courtroom and photos of the defence team outside. I like how he looks schizo in the third one lol.

The judge in this case is Margaret Garnett, a former prosecutor appointed by Biden.

Outside the court shenanigans were pretty standard. The pro-Luigi trucks were there again, as were the based Orthodox Jews. The GiveSendGo organiser Jaime Peck was present alongside TikToker renegadeforjustice whose letter I posted above. Chelsea Manning had a #girlboss moment on camera.

One thing that wasn't standard though was the presence of an anti-Luigi activist who constructed a rather macabre representation of Luigi being given the electric chair.

In PA Luigi is broke and unable to afford his legal fees, so he has requested that they be waived.

1000028991.webp1000028992.webp

The prosecution have also replied to Dickey's suppression motion. It's not public yet but I will post it when it is.

1000028994.webp

New photos and videos of Luigi have been uncovered.

Lolcow farm nonas found Luigi's traffic citation from Hawaii.

A potentially interesting kink in the government's death penalty case is the fact that Luigi is a dual citizen of the US and Italy, and an Italian politician wants to intervene in his case to prevent him being executed.

Judge Garrett has issued a Brady Order in the federal case, and a minutes of yesterday's arraignment has been released.

The NY state prosecution have responded to Karen's accusation that they eavesdropped on Luigi's calls. According to them the call was accidentally sent to them by MDC instead of being automatically filtered and was inadvertenly listened to by a paralegal, not a member of the prosecution. Any notes made by the paralegal were instructed to be deleted and the prosecution informed the defence of this when it happened on the 22nd, not the 25th.

He literally was no different than a school shooter. He is a lunatic who decided to murder a random person because he couldn't handle a little bit of back pain.

Negative rate my post away.

If he'd have blasted the pig, gone on a 3 day bender, and handed himself in/actually disappeared he would have been a GOAT,
He tarded out and went to mcdicks for breakfast, this not what non-morons with a purpose do.
There is no "greater cause" here it's pure reee raaa impotent rage; pure supreme gentleman ideological phenotype.

Yet if he actually shot a random person, he'd just get life without parole. School shooters also get life without parole

Meanwhile because Luigi shot a CEO who has blood on his hands from the way he ran his company, suddenly he's an evil terrorist that must get the death penalty.

If you're referring to Chudjak aka Patrick Crespius who recently got sentenced he accepted a plea deal for life in prison to take the death penalty off the table.

Luigi refused any offered pleas and is going to trial with the death penalty on the table.

He chose this, presumably because he wanted to make a statement. So if he ends up on death row which he probably will considering he was caught holding the murder weapon it's his own fault.

I was talking about Nikolas Cruz who granted, his life in prison outcome did result in Florida Laws changing to get the death penalty

However, if Luigi killed a random guy, his trial would just put him into life in prison.

It's a much different story since he killed America's most protected class, CEO's, he is given not only terrorism charges, his defense is denied the right to see evidence, and the United States Government is trying to influence the outcome.

There's nothing equal here, especially when these healthcare companies constantly deny claims on poor reasoning which result in people dying, but it's not murder because they had paperwork to make it legalized.

Life imprisonment is just death penalty in slow motion. The state gets to pretend it's humane while forcing someone to watch their own social death unfold in real time, trapped in a concrete box until their body catches up with their already-dead existence. At least execution is honest about what it's doing.

Don't forget he'd be likely to get a Supermax sentence like Uncle Ted. This is pretty much worse than death.

The state sought the DP for mass shooters and the jury said no. A NY jury isn't going to give precious Luigi the DP either, so everyone can stop crying themselves to sleep.

The courtroom sketches are LAUGHABLY bad.

It doesn't matter if they are going to give it, the fact THEY REQUESTED IT is what should give warning bells.

Dude kills someone, in a passionate state, and the state instead of asserting the facts and giving in to logical and reasonable demands, goes straight too asking for the DP.

Is the motherfucker slippery slope we all talk about, but I feel we are already on it and the only way for this to stop is to fall all the way.
