I noticed that when I was lurking other threads. Some of them interest me (especially some off topic threads) but I refuse to post so I don’t commit some faux pas and shit the place up.

i like the posters here, i think the combo of profile names and this sticker/gold award system psychologically prevents troll spam...
but MANE, i just dont care enough about e-celebs to post about them. fun to read about once, but nothing i care enough to dedicate an entire online posting career too.
in truth, i miss an ever evolving catalog to scroll through, easier at a glance to see whats going and picking what to get involved with for the day/afternoon. plus, when you pack current news into a single thousand page thread shit gets missed.
i think this place will really shine tho with hobby posting tho. im going to start a eurorack thread if there isnt one, i think and see what happens. and maybe somewhere to post about the great squash bug war of 25 in some gardening thread.

I'm literally just waiting. There isn't any alternative and there won't be any alternative. Either it comes back or we're done.
If you want to know specifically what I'm personally waiting for, there is a general I have lurked for about 3 years now. It's populated by maybe 5 people, maybe 30 on rare occasions. We don't have any other way of contacting each other, we meet there on a schedule to talk. Those people might be gone forever, all because someone was mad at the administration.
There is no going somewhere else. If the site is gone, they're gone.
I want to talk to those people, about that topic, in that place, like we have done unbothered for years.

I spent 3 years in the Marine Corps before I got a GD for failing a drug test. You wouldn't believe the kind of shit they come up with to make troops "have a diverse mind" because they know when they make you live with other races, you're probably going to turn racist. That's why there's so much WN activity in the military.

EO and SHARP literally destroyed the military across all branches. Yeah I ge it we need systems in place to prevent sexual assaults/harrassment and not have troops infighting but their execution is and will always be awful and one sided.
That said it was hilarious how many Uncle Ruckuses there were. Miss those degenerates.

I've seen you say that several times. Like I have any kind of relationship with 4chan moderation and also implying KF moderation goes above and beyond by inviting you to dinner and weddings. My only interactions with 4chan moderation were when I had to go to the IRC twice over the years to get a poxy ban overturned, and both times I got a result, other than that, I've had no contact with them. It very much depends on where you're at, if you're a /pol/ack, they'll leave you alone so long as you stay in your containment board, but be on good behaviour whenever you get adventurous and go exploring other boards. I've been reading posters from other boards here, and they come across as having a nemesis/parasocial relationship with their boards mods.

Especially when the fucking barracks bunnies kept fucking everyone and then saying they raped them for no reason. One of them cut herself and said it was because she got raped but that bitch was a whore.
I had some great times, don't get me wrong, but it was that kind of shit that killed the experience for me.
