What I think is the funniest thing about this sentence right now is that the same group of people who called how the case would go exactly right 10/10 from start to finish, predicted every flailing attempt by Nick to weasel out of the charges going nowhere, also predicted that all his social media retardation, spastic cope posting, stream chat coping and blaming of others would come back to haunt him.

KiwiFarms (by majority opinion) has called this case and all steps of it better than Nick and his Balldowashers did from start to finish.

I am now 100% convinced that SJW and the person who did the PSI read KF and saw all those clip compilation of Nick lying about the case.

I posted in the main thread that I thought he would get the full recommendations. He hasn't done a single thing to try and put himself in a better light, be better thought of or any sort of redemption. He deserves every fucking thing he gets.

If he actually humbles up and stays clean and gets his act together, this probation could be a positive turning point for him and his family.

I suspect that a troon arc for Nick is more likely now......

He will get prescriptions for ketamine and xanax. He will pill himself out of the world to get through it.
Now I don’t know if Nick had this covered in his legal edumacation, but driving around pilled the fuck out is still illegal even if said pills are prescribed.
And bartards, well known for making great decisions.

Suffah, Balldo!

Also can we stop fantasizing about Nick getting raped?
OK, but we do have to consider the possibility that promiscuous gay sex will be one of his new drugs of choice. After all there are no "morality clauses" in his probation unless the Divine Hope Counseling sneaks some into their conditions.

But after the Trump EO being a dude in a tube top who gets a boner from being called "Sylivia" is no longer a get-out-of-consequences free card.
I don't think he'll replace his drug of choice with crossdressing and Bambi Sleep.

The next 5 years will be extremely entertaining. What a great day.

LMAO his incompetent lawyer and those retarded letters from his whore wife and dad didn't do shit to lower the recommended sentence. Holy shit though, the judge must've really hated him to sentence him to 5 years of probation. The lists of conditions is insane, he's basically the states bitch for 5 years, can barely take a piss without asking for permission ahahahahahaha, holy fuck. He can't even own any booze anymore this is too much, what a bitch.

The probation is unironically worse than the jailtime, I'd rather go to jail for up to a year than essentially be grounded and micro-managed by the state for FIVE YEARS.

The jail time is a fun cherry on top, the fact that he can potentially avoid it if he doesn't fuck up until August is extra funny. The show must go on.

More funny than that is that there's the 80 hours of community service. Imagine if he has to go in front of a high school or something and tell kids why drugs are bad. My hopes are up.

More funny than even that is the five... long... years... of probation. Man today is a good day.
