The owner-janny of /gacha/ is pretty chill, he talks in the threads and encourages friendliness, ignoring bait, he bans ritualposters and spammers, and more importantly banned every type of salesposting.
The problem is with the non-gacha /vg/ generals, some are allowed on moe/v/, some get deleted arbitrarily because Mark doesn't like the games, there's a moe/vg/ that nobody uses, there's a "/b/ with games that is more like 4chan /v/" with completely arbitrary rules on what is enough of an effortpost to be on /v/ and what isn't.

Seems like a lot of users are moving there rather than the actual 8kun. Never cared for either, and I alresdy discribed my interaction with the sharty. I think this is the best spot for me. It feels like "4chan, but for the somewhat intellectual (which I'm very much not, but it gives off the vibe)". It feels more sophisticated than just endless shitflinging/trolling
