The Frank's transcripts were punlished gratis, or no? I read them on the Minnesota court pages.
I believe I only bought the Kayla transcript and Nick plea deal one. The way Minnesota works, when you pay up the fee, it later gets uploaded into the record for everyone. You are paying for the work.

So I am thinking Nick should be flush with some cash right about now. He should be getting his bond money($50k) back as well as another $50k for K and $20k for A. I predict he is going to be sending a lot of superchats soon.

He went through a bail bondsman and gave him 10% (5k each) and the bondsman put up the $50k for them (100k total). The bondsman will keep the 10% collateral as a fee and Nick will not get any of it back.

The reporter Wil Herren tweeted that Rekieta's sentencing came as a surprise to him because "a source" (probably Rekieta himself) told him that he would not face any jail time. He then retweeted Rekieta announcing his new show.

The message in sending him to Cognitive Life Skill Training is: "You are an amoral sociopath with no social skills and no ability to deal with your own life who is still having a problem understanding that you are guilty."

He must have really made an impression in the sentencing interview.
