/asp/ was far superior before the wrestling fans got booted to /pw/. It was largely nonstop console warring between the two biggest nationally televised companies WWE and AEW. Nonstop. But it made for some fun moments like no milly dances every Thursday. A lot of the catalog was taken up by generals for different women's wrestling promotions in Japan. There was a lot of shit. A lot of shit, mostly between some lolcows that likely were mods themselves with aliases called Ojima and Rovert. But every now and then you'd find a delicious corn nugget of a thread between the sludge. It's not too often to have a place you can talk shop about some niche show from the summer of 92, then a modern indie show that maybe 300 people ever heard of, and then the next minute tell some annoying avatarfag their waifu fucks niggers. TL;DR You largely didn't miss anything on the whole.
