Probably no on the state opening up Kayla and April's case. Nick will just get additional charges relating to violation of probation etc.

The sobriety 100%. Partly because Nick genuinely doesn't think he has a problem, even with the boozing. Mostly because per Nick he thinks he only has a good 15years left to party and shit and now the scandanavian incel prudes are taking 1/3 of that away.

If theres no issue with the statute of limitations and they were dismissed without prejudice, which it appears these were, then theoretically yes, but if Nick’s going to be a cunt I suspect they’re just going to focus on punishing him.

I think Nick might just be permanently mentally broken and now just says stuff without thinking.

He was a liar before but now he'll just say "I'm streaming tonight" without actually understanding what he said. Like a mental patient babbling to himself in the corner of a psych ward.
