from my terrible deep blue home I have some guesses as to what is going on. I notice that other than Newsom, blue governors and mayors are mostly keeping their heads way the fuck down. I also notice that in many blue states there is a purge happening of incompetent highly paid bureaucrats, completely separate from DOGE, this is state money.
