So am I right in saying that he's a felon now? Does that mean he's no longer allowed to own any firearms for the rest of time or just until probation ends? Also should the description for this thread be changed from "legally a felonious, copyright cuck" to just something like "copyright cuck" and move the felon towards be one of the first things mentioned.

No, the felony charge is stayed.
He is in deferred adjudication, part of which is a 5 year probationary period that exists primarily to make sure he stays sober and does not relapse.

only until probation ends, if he completes everything correctly, the charge is completely dismissed, no criminal record

All depictions, characters, and scenarios generated by this AI are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental.

I hope he doesn't die of any kind of overdose, or even die young for any reason. I wish he could "get better," whatever that may be, but I don't have high hopes for that. My main concern is for the five children who depend on having parents who aren't under the influence of illegal drugs and who require parents who won't neglect them.
How neglected WERE those children? The bodycam footage would help answer that question.
Another concern is also over the damage that lawyers (and even former lawyers) like Nick do to the legal system. I'm still blown away that he allegedly accessed Aaron's online files (allegedly including confidential attorney-client communications) for so long.
If that's determined to be true, he should be disbarred.
For someone so clearly out of control, I think incarceration (in a jail or a prison) could be a good thing. At a minimum, the five-year probation sentence will keep the children on the radar of people who, presumably, are not high on nitrous, weed, coke, or any other illegal substance, so that will add a layer of protection for those five children, at least for the next five years.

100% agree. Going by the average addict, he will have a string of relapses, end up breaking his probation numerous times and serving weeks or months in county lockup, until his family has enough, or the Judge has enough. Giving him a year or more of real time / forcing him to sign himself as a ward of his wife/parents and booking him in for a full term rehab course as a inpatient. In five years Nick will be: A: Dead, B: In Prison, C: living a radically changed life thanks to an intense rehab program or D: A miserable addict alienated from his family.

The ridiculous nonsense of the past year has achieved less than nothing (as we said it would), This time last year, nick's parents should have sat him and kayla down and laid down the law "six months rehab or no trustfund payments".

@Third World Aristocrat having issues quoting you on mobile, but thank you for the archive.

Them’s the tweets of an unrepentant man. (well, “man”)
I ran my scraper until November 5, 2023, so all tweets up to that date have been "screenshoted" at least. The screenshots total approximately 410 MB, so I can't simply upload them here.

Unfortunately, I archived this somewhat recently, so some tweets Nick is responding to (e.g., April tweets) don't appear inside the screenshots.

My code is a mess—I don’t really know how to code and used ChatGPT for assistance. However, it’s doing good work. I made it log all the tweets in this Google Sheet, which can be easily accessed for anyone interested: Link to the Google Sheet

Yeah, like the bodycam? The cps stuff you sealed? Everything you tried so desperately to bury? If it is the bodycam, considering the shit null has gone through, that'd be really funny.
I think we're gonna get the bodycam. Not from @MNPublicRecords necessarily, but eventually. Null is pissed.

The rest of the CPS stuff is probably legally beyond anyone's grasp, unfortunately (and why I think MNPR went dark). I just assume it's awful and would betray Nick's hand waiving. Same with the PSI report we'll likely never see.

I don't think it's NSFW requiring a spoiler, but report this if you think it should be.
Okay.

JK.

Also, there might be some Harry Potter related stuff in a cupboard.
My curiosity is piqued.

Is there a clip of this? If true, this is sick AND shows that Drexel may really be totally done with Nick. He will need another token black friend.
He'll just take another trip to Jamaica.

EDIT: Thumbnailed.

150 years ago and before most people were riped on multiple substances, most of the time - and they still kept their kids cleaner and better fed than Nick apparently did in 2024. Those people 150 years ago were also mostly sustenance farmers with dirt floors who owned 3-4 sets of clothes per family member...

There has been some news coverage. Notably, the West Central Tribune has ignored it - I'm starting to wonder about that.

1) Wil Herren is back at it from Louisiana (or wherever he's getting liposuction, per Divinity) Fox 15. Link.

This was notable. He included a very visible link to his August 2024 article about the Farms:

2) KWLM Radio, featured this article..

KWLM is headed by JP Cola who wrote this and, as this thread has documented, likely knows the Rekietas from local theater work. Worth clicking through because it features Nick's audio comments on Camelot's show (odd that they would have that), taking "accountability" in a very whiny voice.

3) Fox 9 Minneapolis-St. Paul published this.
Screenshot 2025-04-19 at 1.52.40 PM.webpThis stuck out to me. They, too, have his remarks from "another YouTuber's channel".

Below, while broadly true, is odd. That's not how we know this. We know it based on MNPublicRecords.

...
Intriguingly, someone has provided the "accountability" clip and statement for the media.

Null said on MATI that they can't legally hold it back once they have a guilty plea. So if MPRecords comes up with it and saves Null from having to sue then thats great.

That Hedonism II exhibitionist lewd photo was actually a staple of the resort.

He really couldn't stop himself from boasting about the fact that he was vacationing in Hedonism II during Queen of Spades week, could he?

Presumably, he thought it was an 'in joke' reference that only other swingers and cuckolds will get. NEVER underestimate the power of aggregated autism.

During his probationary period, Nick Rekieta will be subjected to random drug and alcohol tests, and must complete 80 hours of community service. Another condition it seems the Rekietas will be forced to deal with is the paying for the drug tests. According to Rekieta, the tests cost around $32 each.
Enjoy licking the jackboots of the state for five years you worthless cokehead faggot!
