He's going to sign over all the information release forms to his PO per the court order and his PO will contact the doctors prescribing controlled substances. Any drug test with a prescribed medication will be followed up with the doctor by the PO. Nick doesn't have privacy anymore. I would really be surprised if his discharge from rehab didn't include statements on getting prescription meds. He's required to follow those recommendations as well.
