I don't even get this angle from her because she spent so long whinging about her time in WWE.

She has actually carved herself a decent niche in AEW after a lukewarm start and the fans are starting to like her because she is putting in the work in the midcard. She's also responsible for a lot Harley Camerons current push and i wouldn't be at all surprised if she eventually gives her a clean win to boost her profile.

Papa Howler wants to go for a ride after Easter dinner tonight fellas, he’s going on week long trip tomorrow so I wanna spend some time with him. I’ll be watching the Triple Threat with him tonight but watching Night 2 with him next week.
I don’t wanna get too spoiled so I’ll be MIA here for about a week. I know you’ll all miss me very much.

You took great offense to being called a smark. No one accused you of being Wrestling Otaku but clearly you're passionate about this subject.

If he was that over why isn't he facing Rhodes tonight? If he was that over why was his cousin and two others who don't have a "yeet"-style chant in the actual main event? Why is the guy who's nickname is "Main Event" not in the main event? Do nicknames not matter either?

It one hundred percent is. Cody Rhodes is clearly-in storyline at least-the number one guy. The other belt is just there to pass around to people like Priest because apparently being called a former world champion gives these people credibility.

It's been like this for almost 23 years: One guy is the real world heavyweight champion, the other is second fiddle, and it fluctuates depending on who the company wants to feature.
