However, I feel bad for you with regards to this particular point and if it gives you any peace of mind I'd like to point out that obsessive fears about being a pedophile, rapist, etc. are fairly common intrusive thoughts in OCD. The fact that you feel repulsed by those thoughts should tell you that you're not entirely fucked in the head. "Not entirely" is doing a lot of heavy lifting there given everything else you've shared (and the fact that you've shared it at all).

Gonna go out on a limb and suggest this relates to the DXM abuse and DMT trips. No I think his issue is that he has co morbidities in mental health.
He has BPD which causes him to not quite understand what an intrusive thought is and that it's not real. It's also why he gets weirdly attached. He also is autistic which why he hyperfixates on this weird shit and can't really tell if people are fucking with him. This also contributes to weird attachment.
Also, sorry dude, if you fucked your sister when you were 6 years old and she was much older then yes, you were molested. Or at a minimum, you had an inappropriate experience assuming that she was also just a kid. This is absolutely not normal. (I'm just assuming that's what he's talking about and not normal stuff that kids do like harmlessly noticing the sexes have different genitals.)
On top of this, I would probably put this guy a little bit into a schizo category. This is assuming that those dates are not correct because having the dates autistically correct is pretty fucking wild. This is also going in with paranoia and the delusions of having talked to demons.

I never fucked her, if anything I was behaving weirdly thirsty and/or humped.
