I have been slowly going through the H3 streams over the past couple of days, so I already had an idea that a lot of stuff was taken out of context, but to use clips of the stream where they're talking about CPS getting called on them, never show the title, and try to characterise it as Ethan just "hAraSsIng pEOpLE" for no reason is far more deliberate than I initially thought. 
Pretty difficult to fake these sorts of documents, could always attempt to FOIA it maybe? I'm unsure if that's actually doable though given he lives in Buenos Aries, something worth at least someone following up on for sure.
