Therapy needs honest input to work

Any type of talking therapy that does not have a specific goal is bullshit and should be avoided. Therapies that are more likely to work have specific protocols of a set time of sessions and clear goals.
Mixing personality disorders and Freudian-style therapy is the worst possible combo, and Ian and Anisa are an example and cautionary tale.

I have tried watching the video by the apology psychologist and I think he is the most insufferable of them all. Or maybe it was Ian crying that was too much.
