Getting a normal job, even something basic like warehouse work or shipping/receiving at a furniture store or something, would be his best bet for improving his mental health and his life but I doubt that's going to happen because he's too proud, too inept, and has no experience doing anything besides youtube and youtube related things.

If he started streaming games regularly I can see him making ok money, but he would have to learn to ignore the trolls which I don't think he's capable of at this point. Or he'd have to start scrapping with trolls like DSP or Wings and it would get even more depressing really fast and deteriorate his brain even more.
