The last time I saw Bad Empanada bought up on here I saw other people make that allegation and still I have yet to see any evidence what so ever. No even a police report of an allegation. I suspect he's not a criminal at all and him being a sex offender is some gay ops since the last bit of 'evidence' to prove it was a screenshot of random business listing website in Australia and a screenshot of some police paperwork (which didn't list him anywhere on it).

He's showing how fucking vile and evil the people Ian's decided to align himself with are. He ends the video demonstrating Ian's hypocrisy in making a Content Cop on him after "discovering empathy" at age 32. As he's stabbing his friend of 10 years in the back during one of the most stressful periods of his life.

Ethan also reveals in this video that he and Hila were sent two human skulls (Ethan has footage of them, but blurred it) in the mail around the time of the CPS call, and they were interviewed by the FBI about it.

As it stands, Max seems to be Ian's only real remaining friend. But I have a personal theory that it was one-sided and they were never as close as Ian wanted. It's just a hunch, and I've no proof but the impression I had was that it was more Ian that wanted to be his friend super badly than it being a casual thing that just happened. Chad (Anything4Views) seems closer to Max than Ian ever was, for one. And since Chad and Ian live in different countries, it's doubtful they hung out that much.

Max is also friends with h3h3, last I checked, so it seems he might have to make a choice between the two, even if he stays away from the drama.
