New video game lets players 'free Palestine' and fight Israel - Titled "Fursan al-Aqsa: The Knights of the Al-Aqsa Mosque", the game is developed by Nidal Nijm and is slated for release in December

Will there a bonus level in the new Trump resort of a Palestinian giving big Mac's to American GIs before he fucks his wife?

Have you ever played the BF2 mod "Project Reality"? I haven't played it in years so I don't remember fully. But it had a Gaza map and they had some interesting gameplay for it, especially for the Hamas/Palestine side where they were trying to represent guerrilla warfare. Could be something for you to look at for inspiration if you go ahead with this idea.
Yes, exactly. I did play many ages ago, and I remember it had as well Iraqi Factions. My idea with this future Online Multiplayer mode for Fursan al-Aqsa is to bring back the golden age of Battlefield 2 Multiplayer.

Hm, if it is not religiously prohibited, wouldn't any sequel be able to skip bans if both sides were playable?

Of course, you can always balance it in favour of one side.

Big noses are bad for aiming as they push against the rifle.

That way you can claim it is just history bro.

Or even make a game where you build an independent Palestinian state like all the other city builders.

You need to post sentries to keep Zion Don out.

Islam is a religion that wants to make things easy for people. There are many modern day issues that were not present on the time of prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, so there are no specific rullings regarding these new things in the sense that they were not present on that time. But even then, the scholars of Islam, they are able to derive new rullings based on the basic principles of faith.

About gaming and other forms of leisure, in general terms, they are mostly permissible with some observations. The less prohibited matters a game has (or a movie in example), more permissible it becomes. In example, porn games (and movies) are strictly forbidden in Islam.

About my game, yes, as you said, I can make a multiplayer game on which players can select each side to play, I will not be doing "pro-Israel" propaganda, it is just, as you said, history. It will be a portrayal of a current conflict on which I allow players to have fun playing together (leisure).

I don't care that much about the ban on my game, because I uploaded a non steam version of my game on Gamejolt.com and there are a lot of players buying it (instead of buying from Steam). But I have great hopes, in sha Allah (God's willing) that a multiplayer mode would be more enjoyable by a bigger audience and yes, it will remove the "political tone" of the game, allowing players enjoy the game for its gameplay (which I plan to make it very fun) and it could encourage many streamers to try my game (the multiplayer version), because due its political message and due many gameplay videos being banned also from Youtube, these streamers don't try my game to don't put their channel at risk.

As soon as I have a free time I will try to begin developing a prototype of this multiplayer mode and will showcase here.

You honestly can't go wrong with multiplayer. As long as you throw in all the toys and an little bit extra to set it apart from it being just an clone of something else
Yes, that's the idea, something fresh but which stays true to the golden era of multiplayer, no microtransactions, no loot boxes, nothing of this "modern" multiplayer stuff, just the old and fun Lan Party Times 😁

All you have to do is recreate oldschool COD like XDefiant tried to do, and that's that. The only reason that game shutdown is because Ubisoft is on the verge of bankruptcy and literally cannot keep the lights on anymore. Go back and play COD4, the Middle Eastern maps, if you can recreate the same vibe, you should be able to attract an audience just a single player game never could.
Of course, this does bring in a whole array of new issues, like building strong netcode. If you're serious about this, I would suggest hiring help. There could be good profit in this, COD has never been lower than it is now and people are desperately looking for an alternative.

All I've seen is people running to the off-brand milsims to get their COD fix, nowadays.
There is several brands of COD fans, the "oldschool" one that people are most familiar with have been left in the dirt for years. BO6 only made things worse since it promised a return to form and only amplified everything wrong with the franchise. At this point, most maps are Shipment tier since the metrics told Activision modern nu-COD fans only want to play Shipment over and over again, and some of them might have been made by an AI. A game similar to older COD games with a good mix of large, medium and small maps would do great, just like the initial reception to XDefiant was.

Is there a way to buy this game without Steam? Like itch.io or something?
I want to get this game for a friend of mine but he doesn't want this to pop up on his public steam account whenever he plays it, lol. Worried that the 200+ friends he has on Steam might get 'offended'.

Hello bro! Yeah, it is possible to buy both versions of my game (classic and remake) from gamejolt:

Sorry for the delay in answering you, as I am very busy with my job. I had to give a break on my game's development but I have lot of ideas, it is just a question of getting some free time to work on Fursan al-Aqsa in sha Allah (God's willing).

You can buy/mark games as private on steam these days. Once in your shopping cart, there's a dropdown menu where the default choice is "For my account", but you can also choose "For my account: private". If you send it to him as a gift, he'll similarly be able to mark it as private. (Right-click -> Manage -> Mark as Private) That'll prevent the game and any activity in it from being shown to others.

What I find most surprising (besides the fact that Steam did not immediately take this down) is that the game has a positive rating after 2 years on the platform despite a very basic execution. Very based.

Thank both of you.
I wonder do you plan on adding other Palestinian 'factions' to the game? Such as the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades or Jihad Jibril Brigades?

Yes, I plan to add more factions for the upcoming multiplayer mode (full online). But there is no ETA as I need to find some free time to work on this game.

Even though my game is not the most polished out there, but it is still a very fun shooter to play, especially if you go for the classic version (comes bundled with the remake), which seems that players began to enjoy it even more, after the remake. Especially if you like old 3D shooters from the 90's, like Unreal Tournament, Quake 2 and others.

By the way, my game completed 3 years of release on Steam (April 18th 2022) and yes, I am very happy that this game is still alive, selling, every day some new players play my game. While many small indie games on Steam seem to "die" after one year of release, Fursan al-Aqsa is still kicking ass :lit:

Tried the demo, saw the intro that seems like it's ripped out of Metal Gear Rising, the Metacritic "Most Based" seal, the Quake/Titanfall style movement, the game over screen, and the music.

I refuse to believe this isn't a shitpost game.

If it's serious, Hasan Piker would probably jizz his pants to this game.

I hope her whole family is blown up right in front of her ugly Muslim pig face
Calm down, you fucking faggot.

@nidalnijmgames idea for a future game. There’s an old game called ‘Full Spectrum Warrior’ which in multiplayer had both sides seeing themselves as US soldiers and the enemy team as generic ‘terrorists’. If you’re ready to tackle NetCode and want to try a small multiplayer shooter it’d be hilarious to be able to defend it by having both sides simultaneously be ‘good guys’ and ‘bad guys’.
