2.5 was good because the mixed up jank theming of the whole thing made for a hilarious backdrop to wetawd zoomer drama. If they tighten up the theming and take the RP a bit more seriously, I still stand by having more S3 cast for 3.5.

Here's my very unrealistic party list (not NPCs)
Alex B, Smaack, Burt, Shinji (if he'd come back), Luke (basically a better Vance), and Trish.
Jimmy, Letty, and probably Creature again as stand-ins. Maybe Haley if they want to crank up the frustration for the party.

Reasoning: Alex B would be a bit like Jon (crashouts and all) but he'd RP way more. Burt has been shown to play along with storylines extremely well. Smaack is down to clown, my only concern would be how cool she'd be with the humor. Shinji is extremely open to anything and funny. Luke is Vance... but better. And like someone said above, Trish had more fun with the RP than others in 2.5.
Everyone would actually try a bit harder to progress the story and do side quests, but we'd still get our crashouts and arguments. Two big male personalities, two pretty girls (by FT standards), an Asian, and a black. The thought of Shinji stirring shit with Alex cracks me up for some reason.

Classes: Burt would be funny as a burtserker or a jizzwizard (no in between), Alex B would be a crack-rogue, I'm thinking Luke a Chad peasant warrior, Shinji would have to be a samurai on a pilgrimage, Smaack would be an alchemist potion maker or nature-magician or clown witch, and Trish would be a necromistress (reanimates enemies to fight for her)

On Burt regarding the Alex B drama:

Burt did a stream a few days ago where he speaks on the phone with Jackie, then Alex B, then Jackie again with Frank on conference call. It is fantastic and Burt was able to squeeze a lot of juicy details from both of them. Highlights are covered in the thread. Because Burt got on the phone with Jackie a second time after talking to Alex B, and said a lot of bad shit about Alex while she revealed a lot of really embarrassing information about him, Alex is done with Burt AGAIN after finally giving him a second chance.

On Bloodgames 2 Contestants:

IMO Alex B absolutely has to be there. There would be nobody better for the next Bloodgames. There are many options for classes for him including a karate themed guy (cobra kai) to match with Xavier's eastern influence, a roman emperor type to fit his season 3 Halloween costume, and he should absolutely be introduced in an elder scrolls style prisoner intro cinematic with his face hidden as Prisoner X. I also hope Xavier refers to him as a hog rider at some point.


Burt is the other obvious choice and I'd like to see him reprise his sword and board build from season 3 (like when he ran into the room after Alex's wife assaulted Binx), or as a Deus Ex style character if there is a sci-fi theme since he is an augmented human. For anyone complaining about Burt fatigue, Burt and Xavier in the woods was one of, if not the best part of season 3 so I think he would be great.


I was against Binx coming back for this at first because I found the goblin stuff annoying, but she is a TTS magnet so I think it will happen. She could be very interesting if Alex B is there. Only other person I really want to see is Haley, especially since she killed Xavier at the end of Bitchtank. Luke would be nice too. Last wish is Duanyay and Laron for NPCs so they can have a gay black person fight IRL. Duanyay could be a witch doctor and Laron could be a baby psychic.

Im not saying the torta would have enough stamina to catch a cat and skin it in one sitting, but I AM saying that this is a very third world thing to do and she definitely has family members and other people she knows that may have that required level of stamina/dexterity/BMI.

Agree that Alex B definitely needs to be there—every possible link‑up with other past contestants seems pure content.
However, I wouldn’t want Burt there. He has one mode: “I’m just totally pretending to be a schizo sex pest.” He’d probably bail on challenges halfway through because his brain gets overloaded and he can’t parse what the fuck is going on. You know, the S3 repeat.
As for the other five (assuming they keep the same format), I don’t have a super-strong preference, but here are some thoughts on possible contestants:

• Jimmy (sans Tay):
  He’d 100% snort his caffeine powder with Alex B in the middle of the woods. Pure chaos.
• Haley:
  Just because of how batshit crazy she is—would be completely unpredictable.
• Jon and Letty:
  Six months ago I’d have said these two are must-haves, but I’ve really cooled on both and wouldn't actually want them there. Jon because of the ADL clusterfuck, and Letty because her Asia streams have proven she just isn't very interesting unless there is a big content machine to bounce off from.
• TJ:
  I actually like him more lately, but as a contestant? He’d default to non‑verbal autistic “uhh, ahh” mode. Better as an NPC with clear direction—he does RP well when he knows exactly what to do.

So for my final three picks beyond Alex B, Jimmy, and Haley:

• Luke – Somebody needs to wrangle all the retards and play straight man.
• Mizzy – It’d be hilarious to stick an LA “artist” in a forest for two weeks.
• Maryjane (from ADL) – She was pretty much the only thing that made that show watchable. She’s tight with Shadi, so there’s a chance—though Jet might nix it since she lacks FTL background.

Man I hope he shows up. I can imagine Dr. Don Wario starting out as the town healer, then becoming the secret main villain who the town loves and roots for not realizing his plans (causing Alex to lose it, almost assuredly)
Wild Randy could be his were-demon form that comes out at night, cowboy hat and all. The heroes would only see this form like 3/4 of the way through. Don Wario would enough of a menace early on, stomping through the base camp to take "reagents" for his "concoctions".

Burt: would stink, we saw during S3 his ability to rp is limited to being a faggot and doing his gay little dances. His only other response was to go bugeyed and repeat "what's going on,"
Alex b: might be funny if it's more about getting his goat than having fun rping. I don't need to see a pill head getting his ego stroked
Smack: whoever is suggesting this bitch needs their head checked.
Mizzy: she would put effort into rping and would tolerate being agitated the best. That's not what made bloodgames fun.
Luke: too cool for school, it would be Vance all over again. No thanks
Binx: again too cool for school, but seeing Sam had disdain for her in Vegas if they kept that rolling it could possibly be entertaining.

Tbh I was hoping for another season before another bloodgames so there could be a bigger roster to choose from. S3 has a lot of duds.

I don't want anyone from the s1 or s2 cast to be a part of Bloodgames 2, or at least I don't want anyone from Bloodgames 1 to be involved. Everyone from Bloodgames 1 would be way too boring to bring back since we've seen enough of those people on the show at this point, I'm not interested in seeing the same people do the same thing every year. I wish Jet would wait for after s4 to start Bloodgames 2 so he has a larger cast pool to pick from with the s3 and s4 cast.

To be honest, I think Jet needs to get caught up with the edits before he starts any new Fishtank project, at least get the Bloodgames 1 edit done before doing Bloodgames 2. The pile of seasons that need to be edited just keep piling up and meanwhile Steinful is still editing s2 after all this time.

I don't think Bloodgames is a good fit for Frank unless he was in his wholesome chungus mode. What made Bloodgames so good in my opinion was that it was a quick and fun thing for the ex-fish to be a part of instead of the normal torture house that pushes them to their limits, they don't need to worry about Frank showing up and fucking their shit up, the returning cast has been there and done that already. That was one of the funny things about Jimmy and Tay in BG1 is that they didn't get this memo and were worried the whole time that they were going to be tortured by the wiggers at any moment when in reality Jet just wanted them to have fun on Bloodgames. The sperg outs from Jon, Jimmy, and Tay were all accidental because their autism didn't let them have fun like Letty and Tai.

Yeah I don't get the Trish love around here all the sudden, she's terrible and one of the worst fish on the show imo. She's not even good at taking abuse at all, Sam had to let her cut his hair to get her to stop sobbing about her own hair (Tay cut her hair too way shorter and she gave zero shits about it and she's a mega sperg that freaks out about anything happening to her to put that into context), she spent the whole time pretending to be Letty, she mentioned Letty multiple times through the show so it was obvious she wanted to be her but then Tay punched her in the face and put and end to Trish's dumb larp quick. Burt is a mixed bag but is probably going to be there regardless. The sex pest shit is funny on occasions but definitely has gotten old since S3 ended. I think it's possible that the chaos of the parody DnD setting and the constant RP will be able to tard-wrangle him and ideally bring out his decent improv. Some people don't think he's very good at it but they seem to forget he fooled production so badly they almost pulled the plug on him. Hard to say if he's good at faking anything but schizoid behavior, melodrama, and fugue states, but I think it's worth a shot.
I agree on Binx. She has low energy and is too concerned with copying streamers half her age to really get into the RP. She would do well with the quests but that's it.

Glad I'm not the only one who remembers what she was like lmao. During the larp at the end of S2 Sam kept yelling at her, not even in a playful way, because she couldn't hold the creole accent for more than a sentence. At one point in bloodgames she literal read straight from a sheet of paper presumably because they couldn't trust her to remember more than a sentence to deliver whatever lore she was supposed to give.

I don't mind if you all want her back but she is not some amazing all-star larper.
