It does not. Most of what I know about arena rental comes from listening to wrestling promoters. How it works is you pay for the arena up front, generally the shorter notice the more expensive. If they have to tarp off seats or modify the seating in some way it costs more. But no one wants to broadcast a half empty arena because it looks bad.

I have no interest in watching CC3 but can't wait to watch it flop.

From what I read it seems that Ticketmaster will typically upgrade people to better seats if they reduce seating, but I don't see much reduction in blue dots. Are Anisa and Ian seriously that cheap that they couldn't bother to upgrade people in the nosebleeds?
