not really most people i see get a tattoo and thats their one sort of piece to display and people getting more than one it tends to just be whatever is vaguely important to them tattooed on them whether its 2 or 10 tattoos. outside of cultures like the yakuza and other gangs.
There is a pretty good chance that they will close off the 300 level and let those people exchange tickets either at the box office or on the floor for lower-level seats. Generally when nosebleeds get shut down, they move people who bought those tickets down because they can't fill them. At least for sporting events, they usually lower the price of the seats still open to get them filled up. I say generally and usually because CC is a clown show and Anisa and her husband have no idea what they're doing, so they might not lower the prices.

Yep. I predicted this would happen and they’d tarp the nosebleeds to make the appearance that the arena is full. They will also be flying in a lot of those sweepstakes winners and inviting more creators to fluff the center of the arena really good. The cameramen are trained to make the arena look more full and the arena will turn off lighting for the nosebleeds.
