I overall agree with him here. Particular when using tor, not mullvad browser. When in safest mode with no JavaScript. I think having that is a good idea.

In mullvad browser it might not matter much, though. So I feel like treating both like the same thing benefits both is a mistake, on the devs part.

What always cracks me up about India is how they have to figure out how to adapt all the parts that make up a modern democracy to be accessible to their majority illiterate population. Shit like the hand on the coin because you fucking know 33% of pajeets can’t read arabic numbers.

Since you've pretended to show some sympathy at the end I feel inclined to share some info with you on this stuff that maybe contrary to what you like to believe, More so than that I have an interest in this subject as well.

I don't think such a high number of pajeets are incapable of reading numbers neither is the majority population illiterate, Idk where you got that percentage from seems that it's your lucky number lol. More than most Indians are alright at reading numbers because in fact the numeric system that now the whole world follows was originated in an ancient civilization called 'Bharatvarsha' by Vedic mathematicians also known currently as India.

Persian mathematicians were the first ones outside of Bharatvarsha to actually adapt to it because of the friendly relations they had with the civilization in that period (not necessarily mainland Arabs they got it later from Persians but they were most instrumental in spreading it around the middle east), Later it reaches the west through Arabs so I guess maybe western historians thought that it's Arabic. While even the part about them expanding the system isn't entirely true in this article, The Persian mathematicians just took concepts that were already their and translated it in their own native script but since it's not the main point, So I'll concede on that.

Kids in here first learn the numeric system usually in their regional language or mother tongue which also allows them fundamentally grasp any concept of numbers and to also gives them the ability to learn any other numeric system in a different script/language. Image bellow shows it in different scripts and a lot of them are regional Indian scripts. Devanagiri is the most ancient script here and one that is most commonly used in India still today and if you compare it with the first three rows on this table you can clearly see how similar they appear especially with that one on top.

From the limited knowledge I have on elections, I can tell you the way elections usually are conducted in India is specifically based upon which party has been able to win most districts in a state through their candidates. Because unlike US it's not a 2 party system, So people in a locality may it be a small village or a metropolitan city are given numerous options to vote on a candidate. Some candidates that are aligned with a mainstream party get picked by their senior staff of ministers and some are independent as well, Each party gets to pick a randomly hand drawn generic symbol by the General Election committee that is then used for representation of their candidate on a local election. It's not clip art just a simple easy to remember symbol. If you ask me they seem kinda wacky lol.

The reality is that India has an adult literacy rate of 75%. Basic arithmetic is taken into consideration when assessing literacy. In some states the literacy rate is as low as 60%.

That’s Africa tier. And in most statics regarding quality of life and development India scores around mid-low tiers of Africa, around the DR Congo or Kenya. That’s the irony about Hindoos trying to convince people on the internet that they’re a modern country that deserves respect.
