A house in my local village has a set of Chimneys like that, has a lot of unique brickwork but it's hard to see from the main road guy who built it was a master mason an owned a quarry an local brick yard in about 1700, place is massive an is walled in with lots of old growth tree's so doesn't get the attention is deserves but all the chimneys are spiral built an capped with hand carved art and the exposed brickwork was done in a semi herringbone pattern it's one of the most unusual and beautiful buildings I've ever seen. The builders son or grandson was BIG into the early railways an canals and they built a lot of local infrastructure so you see old stations an tunnels dotted about with facades in the similar style all of them where really well built by quality craftsmen and you can tell it wasn't just a job for them it was a labour of love.
