The only "good" trannies I've come across are de-transitioners, which I don't think really count, and passing ones that are against kids being groomed into it, like Blaire White.

But even then, the passing ones against groomers are still delusional and believe in "real trans" being a thing, so they still push gender ideology, which is dangerous.
