I wrote like 5 long paragraphs trying to understanding the underlying legal strategy present in this filing. But that was too long for me to essentially say "I don't know" and then I realized it. There is no underlying strategy this is just throwing shit against a wall to see what sticks. Anything that sounds halfway reasonable is put in, so that it can serve as a vehicle to try and intimidate Pxie.

Regarding the deathmarch to trial they are going to try and do some things that align with that but they are doing other counterproductive things at the same time. Confusing the judge is just going to slow the case down.

Destiny's lawyer is basically choosing to fight the equivalent of a legal Guerilla war, he can't reasonably win, but he can make it painful. Which is on brand for him and makes sense.

This is really interesting though because it is really easy to fuck something up even unintentionally and get burned for it. Like if you fuck up an archive and Pxie's lawyers can prove it, then you are in for a rough time. This could fuck up Pxie's case a bit but I think her lawyers could deal with it if they are competent.

The real question is are her lawyers capable enough of getting the job done and so far they have not covered themselves in glory.

Destiny's actual legal defense is based on a technicality due to the date of the law being enforced. He admits to sending the video, but his legal argument is that the law didn't apply when he sent it and the law doesn't apply retroactively.

The Stasia video was recorded in 2023. Here is one of my other posts going into details. This is within date of the law, so his defense does not apply here. His secondary defense of "implied consent" is so retarded that even a brainlet like Willy doesn't buy it. All his other attacks like calling pxie a whore and saying she's extorting him due to her failed streaming career also don't apply to Stasia.

Stasia's face is fully visible in the video, she is immediately identifiable. I don't think the law factors in if Chud Logic's discord is gossiping about you, but iirc being identifiable is one of the factors in the law.

I tried watching Deorio's video of his stream going over the latest Willymac video. This nigga really spent the entire beginning of it seething over Jstlk and Kuihman being critical of Willy's lazy first video. He wrote all the criticism off as just Destiny haters gatekeeping how you talk about him.
This isn't even true. A lot of people who are well rehearsed in Destiny's bullshit still liked bigbunjee's video (well it's not public but it's been shared around). And that wasn't well researched for shit. He was just funny and entertaining.

I was bored so I was watching some old kuihman content, and I saw one where he was watching content of a retard called Will and His Channel that went canvassing with dgg the last time they did it, at some point he talked about when they split up, destiny went with pixie, erin and this dudes gf, while Will and his Cuck Chair went with Lonerbox, Dylan Burns and some other bum I dont remember. Kinda funny.

This bothered me because Destiny's lawyer puts this argument in the filing in opposition to the motion but doesn't file a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim. That is a really really bizarre thing to do.

I think that this lawsuit isn't about Pxie at all to Destiny. Destiny likely has dozens of Pxies who could all file very similar lawsuits. So his thought is how do I use this lawsuit to prevent all of those potential women from filing lawsuits?

You make this lawsuit as painful and humiliating as possible. You detail every sexual act, and in general anything and everything Pxie doesn't want the public to know. You trap Pxie's legal team in a bunch of weird legal quagmires that really accomplish nothing except making it expensive, because even though you have to pay attorney's fees you know that there are few women who will be able to deal with the cash flow issues because they have to pay hundreds of thousands in legal fees before they can collect.

This lawsuit isn't about defeating Pxie it is about setting an example. I am hard and very painful to sue so it is better to just let it go. It's about deterance.

I don't wholly believe it and I won't without more evidence. But It does fit. It might work too.
