like I had to do some help with family and then the oblivion remaster release so I haven’t really had the time for politics.
Man I keep slacking on PC games. I haven't played any major AAA titles outside of like, Sports games and the occasional Fortnite/WarZone game.

It's healthy to get away from politics every now and again.

I've been playing the Lunar Remastered Collection.

Rahm Emanuel is a Jew, so he'll face an uphill struggle in a contemporary Democratic primary from the Hamasniks, but he's a contender. The guy has a lot of experience, political connections, and is very "old-school" in the sense that he knows how to actually win elections before doing the kind of TMI verbal diarrhea that a lot of modern Democrats do. He has also been relatively quiet since serving as Obama's Chief of Staff, except to chide Democrats for caterwauling about far-left identity politics and economic issues. He's a Chicago Machine politician with a good record in terms of wanting to win.
Rahm Emanuel would be an opponent not to take lightly. The question is if the Democrats are smart enough to run him. Scott Adams mentioned a few weeks back that he would be a concerning development if he ran.

Rom was appointed.

You know, like Hitler.
I, for one, welcome our Ferengi overlords.

He encompasses two generations of Democratic party power - Clinton and Obama.

Shit get keep getting worse and worse for these TDS she-boons DA's.

Turns out NYC DA Letitia James (Big Tish) has been using public funds to the tune 41K in 3 months to pay for her private jets too and from her campaign events and all through a single company owned by a friend of hers (Venture Jets) and thus not on the NY approved vendors list. In fact no one else uses Venture Jets just Big Tish.

She also tried to hide it by burying it in a report as a single line entry as "travel expense" in the Comptrollers Office of NY. And it took a lawsuit to even get that bit as she recorded nothing about her travel aside from the dates. She didn't say where, who or what she was travelling for. Just that she as a DA needed a private luxury jet. Note the company advertises itself as a "high end luxury" travel option. Hellva nice gig if you can get it I guess.

oof...that's gonna sting. Big ole Tish is gonna have a hard time explaining this one.

The Trump curse strikes again.

I love this image. They look like me and my friend discussing kingdom hearts
This is a cringe photo. Am I understanding it right that they are attending a funeral. and decide to talk business at the funeral? Okay that's already weird, but their method of talking business is to awkwardly set up chairs in the middle of an atrium with a bunch of cameramen around them in a bizarre photoshoot? When they are supposed to be there for a funeral? We're approaching levels of chris-chan autism now.

I like to imagine that after the series Quark became a conservative pundit broadcasting from the bar, complaining about his IDIOT brother sorta like that Obeme sibling
"My friends, now they've put a woman in charge of a starship! And not just any starship, this is the Voyager, one of the most powerful in the fleet. That's affirmative action for you, folks! And a blind guy for Chief Engineer on another ship! Yeah's that who I want tailgating me when I'm flying through the Rigel system. Communism kills, people. You're listening to the Quark Limbaugh show on KPUT."

I feel it more like Levin, and BANNED ON FERENGINAR in stores now

Like Snow White still would have bombed if whatsherface hadn't dipped her toes into culture war shit. Little Mermaid probably would have done poorly as well even if they hadn't blatantly tried to advertise the movie with a controversial casting choice because these live action remakes just aren't good movies.

Hard disagree. The reason the casting choices are so bad (dust brown and the seven special eds, the little mermain 'n' sheeeit, etc) are because the people in charge do not care about making a good movie, do not know how to make a good movie, and do not even really know what a good movie is. Casting someone who looks the part is so fundamental to making a good movie that if that is going wrong, than nothing is going to go right. People don't just hate wokeshit because it's woke, but also because it's shit.

Put it another way. Imagine a football team kept drafting cripples on crutches. It'd be a shitty fucking football team. But if you replaced the cripples with real players, it'd still be a shitty fucking football team, because a GM who is retarded enough to put cripples on the field isn't going to know how to hire good coaches or select good draft picks to build the right kind of team.
