The cop didn't handle that well. He kept saying, "that's between you and him" instead of saying "go to small claims court"

That said, this video is a great example of why black people can't live in white society. They can't comprehend our rules and get angry about it.

I don't think small claims court would've worked as the $20 was a verbal agreement and he was working "under the table." Now, the business owner could sue the "ex-employee" for the window.

Being "down" isn't the threshold to stop force. He's still resisting/fighting enough. I hate cops, but I can't fault him for wanting to make the dude quit for real. He might've been hitting him with the taser, too. And I'm pretty sure he also soccer kicked him when he turtled. Meh. We'll call it a push.

Sure, but one line is directing him away from someone he's beefing with to a governing body. The other is basically like, "listen, just go handle it with him when I'm gone or something."

Small claims court is a waste of fucking time IMHO

I'm not an attorney. Now I recall a filing fee being involved in any small claims court matter of around $50, varying county to county. If I'm not mistaken it's national policy personal time/court related costs not requiring council are never to be even considered as things a party can even request financial compensation for. IE you can't sue for having to take the day off work and spend it at a court house, you can't sue for the $50 you paid the clerk at the courthouse, you can't sue for the $100 you paid to the process server to serve paperwork. Even if the judge ruled in his favor for $20 he'd be out idk $150 minimum just getting his day in civil small claims court. His net financial result would be a loss of $130 even if he won and then collecting the court awarded $20? He's unemployed but he'd make more money working a half a day at minimum wage any place in the U.S.



If I were the biz owner I'd ask the cop to formally trespass, then I'd take $20 out of the wallet and toss at the ground and say "fetch" and turn to leave. At that point he'd take the bait lose his shit almost certainly do something 100% arrest worthy right in front of the cop without hesitation.

He deserved to get the shit beaten of him for those face tattoos alone. Anyone else notice after he took a mild beating he started acting civilized? We literally just watched a cop spend 5 mins try and explain he lacked the power to force anyone to pay any money in a civil dispute and when all parties began to leave after given up reasoning with him he didn't even have the brainpower to vandalize something after there were no witnesses present. They literally beat some sense into him.

In Leviticus, the Israelites were instructed that any animal that got fucked by a man or fucked a woman had to be slaughtered.

I can’t decide which is the animal in this case, the woman confessing this, the man, or his mother. But I think they should all be dealt with in an Old Testament compliant fashion. Just to be sure.

I used to call mixing Crown Russe (1.75L plastic bottle vodka, named after Russia, distilled in Kentucky) with a locally produced blue raspberry soda "Romulan ale" and that was incredibly trashy but this is somehow on the next level, maybe because of the GRAPE DRANK aspect, maybe because it's ruining actual good liquor, but probably most of all by mere association with niggers
