I think that was another schizo, the one I'm thinking about was someone who had a short list of easy shmups he completed and he was so proud of it that he spent the entire time calling everyone out in each thread and asking them to post proof of their 1CC or else they had no right to talk about any games or something.

Can't agree more, nobody ended up playing video games on /vr/, it was all emulation talk, baiting each others about the right way to emulate, and people collecting stuff they were never going to play in the first place.
