The real trick is once the Indians get in, like all good parasites they hijack the host in order to reproduce. Jeets get in, get a Jeet handler (another Jeet, usually a Brahmin, the Jeet Jew/Priest caste) to "deal with the communications issues" -- i.e., handle the Jeets cause no one wants to and they ignore American managers, then the Jeet handler will arrange shit so Jeets get credit for anything that gets fixed, non-Jeets get fired or laid off, and eventually they get a Jeet in HR and it's over.
I think the early replacement is going to be the Jeets. Anything easy enough to do that a 65 IQ subhuman who is 35% cow dung by volume can do it is going to be replaced by AI pretty quickly. Right after that will be support stuff, and logistics. Truck driving, for example. I half expect to see a rule in the next 10-20 years that Highways require an auto-driving car or an AI Assistant. If they can get some form of robotic body that the AIs can operate, well, there goes warehouse workers, for example.

Just a reminder to everyone that this is only true when Jeets work from India (Hyderabad and other shitholes). If they are hired as an H1-B then BY US LAW they must be paid a salary identical to what an American citizen would have received. The biggest reason that H1-Bs are hired is because of the control that corporations have over them. The moment a jeet steps out of line or asks to not work 50+ hour weeks their contract is terminated and they are sent home.
