Canada is a failed state

Don't bet on anything here yet. There's a lot of urban seats currently with little vote count in, particularly Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary. Bet remains the Libs needing a single party for support, with it now being the BQ over the NDP.
That's pretty much how I see it.

Even still, I don't object to a (shit)lib minority.

You guys are fine, but even when ignoring the jeets and other 'diversity' invaders, the country is infested with an unbearable amount of anti-social mutants, and it's been like that long before Castro Jr. That in itself is unsustainable, and also the prime reason why "Canada" has this obsessive need with spamming propaganda touting itself as the post-modernist utopia to end all utopias. No other country is like this. I don't blame Drumpf for being so blatant with his contempt for the 'White North'.

Pressing F for my bros to the north. But it looks like the Lib majority is slimmer than in '21, right? That's something at least.

Why are they allowed to combine parties again? The people didn't vote for both parties together. They voted for one.
This isn't america, we have a parliamentary democracy. Our system is similar to the UKs and many other European nations.

Coalition is essentially just two parties agreeing to vote the same thing. Ie; if Cons and Bloq form a majority together, they could agree to vote for eachothers interests. Cons agrees to vote for French smelly cheese and in return bloq votes to a build a wall (and make the amerifats pat for it). Both bills pass without needing to consult the other seats.
