Poison was named after the late '80s glam-metal band Poison, known for their effeminate dress sense and use of makeup, by an unnamed female employee at Capcom.[4] She was designed by Akira Yasuda to contrast against the bigger characters in the game and move about randomly. Fearful of an overseas lawsuit against Final Fight for having female enemies in a beat-'em-up game, Final Fight designer Akira Nishitani thought that the company could avoid a potential lawsuit by switching the female enemies (Roxy and Poison) from cisgender to transgender.[6]

How about you read the very beginning of what you quoted, and reread what I quoted? That change was only for us. I've never heard that change was implemented in the Japanese version. Prove your claim that Poison is transgender in both versions.

What I care about is the Developer intents, and the intent of the Developer during DEVELOPMENT was Poison is a Tranny, and it lasted long enough to make it into the manuals.
It's this type of thinking that got us here with Trannies in the first place.
It's a god damn virus that bleeds into the surrounding aspects intentionally or not.
