And LA Beast is getting dragged now, painted as a Palestinian terrorist supporter.

This entire event is literal brand poison to anyone attached to it. I am very, very curious to see if LA Beast or the other fighters try to stick this out despite the reputational damage that will ensue.

Notice how daddy Hasan completely handwaves off helping them, too. But KiwiFarmers are never correct in their estimations, dont'cha'know?
Fuck that shit the LA Beast does not deserve that shit he should drop too. That guy is actually a decent creator never seen him get involved with any drama. Fuck you Ian and Anisa for creating this shit show.

Ian Jomha wake up!

Ian Jomha wake up! You have to fight in Creator Clash 3!
Only you can save Pale- Creator Clash 3 Ian Jomha!

2. “Chief Financial Officer” means the CFO for the event and “General Revenue Fund” just means the fund for the event. So they do get the money back after the 1-year period.
This was what I believed when first reading it, but there's a problem with that interpretation (as @New Horrors points out). Not all promoted boxing events licensed by the Florida Athletic Commission are going to have a CFO overseeing the event, while the state of Florida itself has a state CFO (Susan Miller, pictured below).

Also, a "General Revenue Fund" is government funds which aren't earmarked. It'd be extremely bizarre for them to use that exact term in a legal statute to refer to a private event organizer's funds without specifically clarifying it. It really doesn't seem like it's saying that Anisa and Ian would get the money after a year.

You might be right about the first part, though. Perhaps they get to keep the revenue from anyone who actually still attends, but that's still only if they comply with the rest of the regulations by proactively offering and honoring refunds.

Can we fucking stop with the "Ian manipulated by evil bpd succubus" trope?

He's a rotten piece of shit backstabber who's too far up his ass to see whatever path he's doing is wrong or imoral.
He'd be Rekieta if he was conservative.
Both can be true. Remember, before Anisa Ian was
-tattoo free
-outspoken freeze peach supporter
-critic of feminism
-critic of Islam (to the point of destroying a Quran on video and publishing it)
-slur user
-completely disinterested in boxing or any other sport
-completely disinterested in idpol
-hostile towards booby streamers such as Anisa
-hostile towards "react YouTubers" such as Anisa's crush Hasan
-hostile towards prostitutes such as Anisa

You can explain away one or two of these as coincidence, but there's no way he just so happened to do a complete 180 on every aspect of his personality one day, and he just so happened to match Anisa in every way post-180. I don't even think she's "manipulating" him per se, he's just an incredibly insecure, weak-willed man who thinks total submission is the only way to secure a wife. He probably never believed in any of "his" own opinions, he was just mimicking the popular thing to fit in (like he's trying to do now.) But let's not pretend iDubbbz would be the exact same person today if he married a rodeo cowgirl or something. Anisa's influence is far too obvious.

Checking up in what the consensus on idubbbz is on X and bluesky again. Looks like again, X is largely against idubbbz and it appears like even more so. On bluesky, it remains split but I'm seeing alot more idubbbz hate, but some are taking a gay centrist approach. In other words, it continues to get worse for idubbbz

Bluesky people are only appearing neutral because going against Hasan and Hamas will get you on a billion different block lists.

It's hilarious that Ian is doing so much to suck up to Hasan, when you can tell Hasan wants nothing to do with him. He looked miserable in the content cop. I guarantee he thinks Ian is cringe and weird and will dump him the first chance he gets (or ghost him at the very least).
The only way this whole interaction only make sense even it the most remote possibilities is if somehow Anisa's husband has something Hassan can get from him. Not sure what tho

Its definitely the case of "Tickets that were not used to gain attendance to the event". There's no other reasonable interpretation of the clause, otherwise sporting events would never be held in Florida, period, because if something does go sideways, you immediately lose every penny from the event, even if you replace the headliner, offer refunds, and most people decide to show up and watch the new headliners anyway.

The unclaimed tickets bit is just to cover the fact that if someone bought a ticket to a show, then didn't show up, they probably actively cancelled their plans and may not have been aware a refund was even a possibility, ignorance or otherwise applied.

The real question here will be, will they act on their obligation to be proactive, or will they try and weasel out of it. Because I'm very much prepared to enjoy the "Creator Clash vs State of Florida" legal battle.

Could you even imagine the shenanigans that would happen due to him being there?
At that rate Ian would wish that Sam Hyde would’ve crashed his event lmao

Harley talked to Nicolas DeOrio and confirmed that he left CC3 on his own accord, as well as a lot more stuff he doesn’t want to publicly disclose:
