Nicholas Robert Rekieta / Rekieta "Law" / Actually Criminal / @NickRekieta - Polysubstance enthusiast, "Lawtuber" turned Dabbleverse streamer, swinger, "whitebread ass nigga", snuffs animals for fun, visits 🇯🇲 BBC resorts. Legally a cuckold who lost his license to practice law. Wife's bod worth $50. The normies even know.
As much as I like Sean's content, he's already hyped up something that never surfaced. Fool me once, shame on.. shame on you?? Fool me twi--we won't get fooled again.

There is the cyber crime topic, which I believe is real, but has not had any consequences visible enough for us to KNOW it is real.
And then there was at least one Aaron stream about "exciting news" that Sean also voiced his opinion on and "confirmed".
We still do not know what that was actually about because of the vague-talking. Entirely possible it was about the settlement in the RP case, but we do not know because it was never revealed.
Menwhile Rekieta's NIL for conduct drama is playing out live. The perfect storm of rational people vs Rekieta, where he can play out his Joker fantasies until reality crunches into that giant nose of his, and not before time.
I don't think he's really hyped up anything unreasonably.
He expressed a lot of sudden shock and excitement in a livestream when the whole hacking thing first dropped, but promised nothing beyond that.
IIRC, It's only Aaron giving updates. If Sean is involved, he's keeping his mouth wired shut. It's a commendable quality IMO.
In terms of Nick's sentencing, he was blackpilling and expected Nick to only get 2 or so years of probation. He kept a level head about it.
It was a nice surprise but petty compared to the prospects of legal documents. Still, supposedly "70 pages" seems exaggerating and he's been streaming with impunity for almost a week straight which may as well be a year straight given his past reluctance to stream

MNPublicRecords appears to time their releases around major moments. They’ve overlooked minor Locals streams, instead choosing to drop information during Nick’s evening YouTube streams — when viewership is at its peak. The timing is deliberate.
Is it gatekeeping? Technically, yes — but the community has largely given them a pass due to the sharp comedic timing and the impact of their reveals.
We know nothing about who’s behind it. Any dox would result in the immediate screaming, autistic, litigious wrath of Nick Rekieta. No one is making a serious attempt to unmask them.
The quality and timing of their contributions have been consistently impressive. Some level of deference is warranted.
Maybe in Germany your Federal government is more efficient (that's the joke about Germans, right? If nothing else, they are pretty efficient), but I can assure you that here in the U.S., our Federal government is slower than "hundescheiße" sliding down a wall in a Minnesota winter.
Many of our state governments are little better.
If you're going to believe that, you might as well believe Null will never get the bodycam. Which I am not prepared to do (for the aforementioned reason). Anytime you involve most government operations here in the U.S., shit slows to a crawl. That is to be expected.

Right. We don't know what specifically they were talking about. It could have happened.
Look, if months go by, and MNPR doesn't drop anything, I will eat crow. For the time being though, I choose to believe. The guy has yet to disappoint. The night he came back, some people here speculated he did that just to fuck with Nick's head, but he did in fact drop confirmation of where April was living.
Karen Read Stream Day 7 - Rekieta Notables More AI horrors, but LO! Joe didn't show up. (He's good friends with Kurt.)
Top YT live viewership: 2400 (approx); 14 minutes late; button-down attire has continued.
- As predicted by Nick's tweets last night and documented in this post, the "organized harassment" against Kurt came to fruition in a flurry of Supertips that's already been reported in this post. Here's one that I didn't see posted:
- Nick revealed that Kurt sent a C&D to Melton, who runs Supertips.
- Nick was relentless, opened with "Kurt is a giant pussy" and barely covered the Read case. He played Kurt's infamous "dating video" during the lunch break. Timestamp: 3:41:30.
- He admitted that he hasn’t read the terms and conditions of Supertips. Predictably, he labeled the Supertips voices as "obvious" parody and therefore it's ART that's protected by the First Amendment among other laws. Later in the stream, he went over this:
- He hinted that removing Kurt's voice is a temporary thing that will be addressed. (Press X.)
- RyanTheEditor will be clipping a compilation of the Kurt issue to be published on Nick’s channel. Also, exclusive content is supposedly coming to Locals, which will also be available to YT Members Only at “Lawyer” status. (More Xes)
- Below is in response to someone worried about the lack of control over Supertips words (regarding Kayla, etc), he said this. Obvious hypocrisy. He's trying to "censor" Supertips for his own people.
- Around 2:00 Central, he took a 35 min. (approx.) break to "help Lady Rackets with something." When accused of having to take a drug test, he proved that he didn't (below). He further said he must check in daily to find out if he's required to drug test. The testing center is open until 7 PM, so it shouldn't interrupt streams. (It did on the first day; he was required to test mid-stream.)
- So much Mandy, Mandy K, Kandy, Mandy Fan... until they were all banned.
- He ended the stream with the Drunk Lawyer song, and sang with it. Overall, his mood was jovial. He's relishing in this "revenge".
MNPublicRecords seemed to move whenever Rekieta shifted from OJ Simpson style "if I did it" teehee into outright flagrant aggressive lies. Lately Rekieta is all about the gaslight. And then one day for no reason at all he violated other people's IP using a pedo supertips platform and set himself on fire.
What could a document drop add to that? I guess there might be something. But we're looking at Montegraph case 2: Potentially Boogaloo here.
Rekieta seething and whining and potentially (lol) reading Sean's communications out on stream will be funny and weird.
I really don't get the practically of singling out Sean of all people. I mean, I get it in the sense of Nick being a manchild larping as the high-school jock he always wanted to be, but you'd think that he'd put his focus squarely on someone he actually had ammunition on.
Yep. Sean certainly is fat. He is indeed overweight. He is far from his ideal BMI. He no doubt has issues doing activities that a more physically fit person can do. Got anything else, Nick? Anything that might actually land and stick beyond blowing raspberries? This isn't even to defend Sean. When I saw him in his car during that group lawyer stream, I was going to come on and crack wise a about it, but Nick actually made me not want to do it. Sean was on stream looking like a blueberry person from Charlie In The Chocolate Factory and Nick ruined any humor that I could derive it with his horrid jokes.
I also believe the cyber crime investigation is real, because I think the crime committed and admissions were egregious enough to warrant an investigation. But that is solely based on my opinion on the facts we know. I really hope we get to see some documents in the near future that confirm its existence, even if just to shut up the Meltonites.

It's pretty obvious: Sean took his place as the de facto KF-friendly lawyer after he pissed away all the good will he had on here. He also was and still is friendly with people in the Rekieta a-log sphere, moreso than people like Kurt or Legal Mindset.
It also gives a little more tantalizing detail about the local community view of Nick.
Apparently there are plenty of people in Spicer and Wilmar, who have nothing to do with KF, nothing to do with Aaron, who are not only following the Nick saga but actively participating to the point of drive by photography, and are in touch with one another.
Nick has always railed against the Minnesota prude conspiracy out to frame him, and here we got an insight into what that actually means. Who are they? We don’t know. We might never know. But we thank them.

This is extremely reminiscent of Amberlynn Reid posting proof of her uterine cancer from her phone.
Just like with Amber, Nick does not need to do this, and if anything, it makes him look worse. All it does is prove how perpetually assmad he is at his critics.
I really thought things would calm down once he started streaming and being boring, but instead it's just an endless seeth. He's seething so hard it's hurting his money and views. This new Season of Balldo rules.
It seems to me that he’s trying to grift off this situation by encouraging people to send more SuperTips.
Here’s the clip: View attachment 7298868
Oh, by the way, yes, I forgot to say the super tips from today will be put, any super tips from today that involve Kurt. We'll be put into a compilation video. We're going to upload as well. So and we're going to have a legal explanation and discussion about it. So it won't just be a video mocking Kurt was super tip voices. It'll be me explaining why Kurt's giant bitch. Why is legal analysis is wrong? And then all of the mockery that could possibly exist from other AI voices, those will be included, you know, as a bonus in the video. So if you want to have your before or after that moment, your AI insults the featured in a video outside the car today's the day. You need it. So I guess, okay, so the way it's going to work is I'm going to play them normally today, just you know, and the course of the show. And then I will record at this time a specific separate video with them. And I'm actually going to test Ryan with. We're going to start incorporating super chats and, you know, that are good questions with. When I actually have a good answer for them. And we're also going to have super tips as. No, certain independent videos or short videos that get uploaded to YouTube. Yes. So there's some extra value you get to watch your joke go out. Go out to the world.
I have some thoughts on what MNPublicRecords has done. But I am going to reserve those thoughts until they say they have released everything. Just because I don't want to fuck with a chef when he's cooking.

His brain is fried by nitrus, his ego was never humbled, and now that he has a camera shining on him live again he is going to fuck up. Honestly he already FUCKED UP. I hope his PO sees this shit with Kurt.
