While I understand the desire to prevent more from going down this path, and such an archive may save a few, I think by the time they're actively looking up surgeries, they're probably too far down the one-way ratchet of "affirmation" and will likely avoid or reject anything that contradicts The Narrative.

Instead I'd suggest the audience for such horror shows should be naive, well-meaning Liberal women (and the occasional bugman) who've blindly bought into ShitLib propaganda, believe there's a quick & easy sex swap procedure to live Affirmatively Ever After, and provide the mainstream/institutional cover for the sick fetishists.

Having them see what "affirming care" is a euphemism for might shock them out of their misplaced empathy.

The 3 main reasons I feel so upset are,

  1. Size - I was told it'd most likely be 6", and it's now 3.5".
  2. I hate the massive scar along the length
  3. I miss having pubic hair
I wish I'd gone for RFF. I planned on RFF for years and changed to abdo in the last few weeks before surgery. I feel like such a fool. I'm 2 months post op stage 2 (UL) and just feel like utter shit. I feel full of hatred for myself. Even if I got it redone, who knows how, I don't think I can get my pubic hair back. I feel like a fucking idiot.

I also had abdo phallo but am getting an RFF redo. I no longer have much pubic hair, whatever hair is in my new pubis mound is from my stomach, and I still have hair on my scrotum. It was a really hard decision to make, working with what I had or starting over. I had my abdo phallus removed in November and I have stage one RFF scheduled for May. 3.5 Inches would be pretty normal for an un erect penis and perfectly in line with what plenty of men have to work with.

Like this is laughable. I highlighted below how obviously terrible and skewed the bolt-ons they had installed actually are. One is lower than the other by at least an inch or two. Also, the stinkditch looks like the mandibles of a tarantula.

Looks like a bad tummy tuck operation. The plastic surgeon who did this should be sued. Symmetry is never a guarantee, but thats laughably bad. They should at least offer him a free revision.

Three other points to remember. First, the real thing magically grows because it is a delicate and complex organ. This is waaaay beyond the skills of our favourite butchers. Any pooner with fantasies of penetration thus needs something that is permanently the same length and width of a minimally viable erection.
