I'd suggest you use his jerk off video as evidence to see if he's a memeber of the tribe and has had a bris, but the low poly image coupled with Danny's low T puberty means the evidence is miniscule and impossible to verify
I know that he has streamed Bloodborne and I believe he also did Dark Souls 2. I could be mistaken on the latter. He constantly deletes his streams, especially when he sucks at a game (see Fire Emblem Three Houses and MGS: The Twin Snakes), so I can't provide evidence for these streams.

Smash JT is a sperg, and I've said with he the Alyssa Mercante situation I've never seen two dead horses flog each other so much. But I will give credit where credit is due. Smash hasn't (as yet) shown a willingness to be contrite, will stand his ground and admit his mistakes. Given this is all shit Razor consistently fails to do Smash has every right to shit on him as much as he pleases.

And I'll say I do believe he did groom Eve, and may attempt to do similar again. PPP put it best when he pointed out it isn't about an underage fetish, it is about control. A teenager with mental health issues is initially going to be easier to control, and the idea for guys who do it is they can mold that person into what they want. A lot of men who do this are similar to Danny in the fact they themselves are immature, and lack the confidence and willingness to approach women their own age, who are going to have alternative opinions, have a world outside of their partner and basically be able to walk all over a shut in manchild who cannot assert themselves.
I get the impression with blokes who are manchildren is that their world is very isolated, and it is also very controlled. They don't want to let go of the childhood things, they don't want new people in it and they don't want to move on and let go. Some anxiety they have has locked them into an arrested development, where they've got to maintain that status quo, and it only gets worse the longer they hold on. It doesn't stop them from wanting companionship, so they will go to great lengths to screen and seek women and girls they think they can control, who they can shape and make fit the little bubble the manchild lives in.
Crazy women (as in bunny boilers and BPD bitches) do exactly the same thing in seeking weak and complaint men. They're stunted and have a patholgical need to control that little part of the world around them. Having a healthy adult who can assert themselves, do there own thing and most likely won't co-sign their bullshit is something that is terrifying to these women. They go for broken, weak and unassuming because they believe they can mold that person and make it fit the world that perfect world they've created in their heads.
Eve doesn't strike me as BPD or bad crazy (Edit: I am wrong about this fact, the receipts Razor dropped indicate that she is. Still keeping this up as I did say it). She strikes me as having low esteem and terrible childhood crazy. The fact she has low self esteem and is a little crazy is what made Danny think he could bring her into his manchild world, and pose her like he does his movie poster and action figures. He's not someone who can handle an equal relationship (just look at the dynamic between him and Terran).
Edit: also, it seems like he’s threatening them with taking it to court (I always find it odd when supposed libertarians support libel laws.)I guess we’re going to be eating good no matter what happens. I wonder if his hero Billy Mitchell winning his recent case brought this on?
It won't go to court, even with the threats. First thing Smash has to do is subpoena Eve, and let her spill all the details in discovery.
Big difference between Razor and Billy Mitchell is that Razor does have a sense of embarrassment and shame. Billy doesn't which is why he keeps going. Plus this would happen in a US Civil Court, not an Australian Civil Court.
The civil court system in Australia is a relic from our colonial times, where it was set up for British coming off the boat with money to basically throw money at someone with no money in order to seize assets. Essentially a lot of convicts who got given a 7 year ticket (shipped out to Oz) had to pay for their ticket back to England. Or they could take a "selection", which was a parcel of undeveloped land and turn it into a farm. What started happening was friends of the British governor would be moving to Australia, and a number of selections in productive land would have their leases pulled, and the wealthy Brit would seize everything (land, buildings and livestock) having had a number of people already do the hard work of developing the land. When the freed convicts got together to try and sue, the civil court procedure was set up to benefit whoever could keep paying money, meaning someone with money could fuck over anyone they want, or silence anyone they want, because it is a who can keep paying wins system. Honestly it is a fucking disgrace it is still in place 200 years later, and the way civil litigation is pursued in the USA is far superior to what is in Australia. That is the reason Billy Mitchell sued Jobst here, and the reason Billy Mitchell won.
Razor suing Smash JT would never be able to happen under such a fucked and rigged system, and coupled with what might get spilled in discovery I will go on record as saying it will never happen.
