I believe it’s because a skull has three holes. But this doesn’t come from me. This is law enforcement’s own interpretation that was admitted as evidence against Garcia to link him to a gang. There are whole departments dedicated to identifying and interpreting these symbols.

He's only been accused of being in a gang twice by his wife in her domestic violence protective orders. Her ex husband when worrying about the safety of his children. A judge. Or the fact he was caught human trafficking with known human traffickers. He was in a gang, but really his tattoos mean nothing.

He was also the one responsible (?) for Project Veritas, which did this exact same thing. Eventually he got fucked by the feds and started doing what he does now separate from Project Veritas.

Someone mentioned the play is to bankrupt DOJ, but that isn’t actually possible. Trump has already started arresting judges. The Judicial branch can’t win this one.

You’d think Congress would become self-aware and realize this all came about because they kept delegating their own power to the two other branches, but don’t hold your breath.
