There was a segment in the content cop where they showed Ethan calling someone a bitch, and then engaging in discussion with the women of his podcast crew about whether it was appropriate to call a woman a bitch or not. It was in the portion about his employees, I think, and it was a really weird segment to include because it made Ethan seem somewhat like a good person who takes his employees’ criticisms seriously and evaluates his behavior in light of the critique.
So the tweet, if referencing that, is basically doubling down on something that doesn’t really make Ethan look bad.

Further context, it was Denims who was also in the Content Cop. Specifically, she was the one in the "wake up" segment who said "the dumb bitch is telling you to wake up".
The reason he called her a dumb bitch was 1) because she is 2) because she was saying that an Israeli hostage who described seeing another woman being raped by Hamas was "debunked" and shown to just be upset that Hamas didn't give her sexual attention.
She would then go on to claim that Ethan calling her a dumb bitch was justification for spreading claims about his kids eating dog shit and her chat egging themselves on to call CPS on him.
Denims is apparently a big Anisa stan, so she would have definitely taken it personally when Ethan calls out her biggest defender.
