This type of person was so common when i was in university at the start of 2010... i just assumed they all grew out of it by 2014 because i never saw them again but i guess i was wrong and they all just moved to california.

This is one of the things that seems to be unnoticed in that shitty self-sabotaging video they made. I feel like everyone in the video, and Anisa who likely directed this off-cam huffed their own farts when they thought of this line, then added this into the script and the video, thinking that this is a hilarious memorable quote that'll become a meme. This should be repurposed and turned against them until they get ashamed and buttmad whenever someone uses it against them online. I want to see them block people, and ban users on their discord over this.

Doesn't Sam have a Metokur-esque contrarian streak where he won't shit on someone if the public expects him to do so or someone who is so beyond the pale becomes like shooting fish in a barrel? Sort of like how Jim won't go after Movie Bob because he's so beyond the pale it's too easy to shit on him?

Kind of the latter. Sam outright said if Anisa and her husband asked him to stop talking about them he would. In one of Ian's post CC2 videos he was so utterly buck broken at that point he asked, I'd guess Sam decided to keep his word.

Ian is a pit of seething hate that tried to debank Sam and enact life-ruination tactics against him, and Sam responded simply by laughing at him and showing him nothing but pity. CC2 was Anus's borderline-ego death, but Sam was it for Ian. It would not surprise me if Ian is enough of a pussy that he has PTSD regarding Sam, so I doubt that Ian would renege and start shit with Sam again unless absolutely pushed into a corner by Anus (who likely blames Sam at least partially for CC2's failure, which is her "the raped" moment) and Hasan (who himself is pathologically afraid of Sam) teaming up to gaslight him into doing so.
