I hope everyone here figured out why Hardin did not oppose Russhole's amended pleading.

Remember that Napoleon thing?
If you are referring to me I'll just note that the judge has not ruled on Hardin's motion to dismiss.
I believe @AnOminous was referring to the famous quote attributed to Napoleon: "Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake". It's the reason why people occasionally tap the sign:

As for the request for discovery itself, it's typical Russhole. Fill in the stuff he didn't learn during his 2 year paralegal degree over 5 years at Upstairs Mormon Legal College with stuff he subsequently learned via the Cargo Cult Correspondence School. No wonder his legal filings are about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

The time already passed, but the issue was Russ amended his complaint. It is no longer the complaint the Tenth Circuit ruled, bizarrely, actually stated a cause of action despite utterly failing to do so. Therefore, it is both now subject to a renewed motion to dismiss, and on top of that, Russ made his complaint even weaker with his amendment.

Hardin kindly didn't oppose his self-assfuckery.

The hearing is going to be incredible. :story:

Don't listen, Shitlips. They're only clowning on your strategy because it's god-tier and they're coping.

When you get into that hearing, make sure you continue to complain about Mr Hardin's conduct. Why is he being so oppositional? You're entitled to that dox, goddamnit. It's like you're the only one trying to get this case moving!

Woah there Stud!
Are you trying to improperly use discovery to have defendants do the work of servicing parties for you?
That has to be sanctionable right?
"No mistah Judg' Imma just a poo widdle weetard, uwu. Plz make them do mah job fo me sirr'h. Legalin' is hard work 'nd it keeps gettin' in da way of mah chasin' dem whores."

THIS is russell’s hail mary?? THIS is what he came up with in all his silence???
Dude, have some patients. He's a mormon moron, and tried to appeal to the Roman Curia (which obviously outranks any US court) and the pope fucking died on him. He is just a prose retard, yah honah.

For the record, russtard is wellknown as Niggerbottom.

Good. Then the stipulation is voided and Hardin can subpoena the other Greers again. Funsies!
This always struck me as a weak, insufficient penalty for breaking the "not calling any witnesses" stip. I don't know that Hardin could have tardwrangled Greer into anything meaningful, while the judge was still tard shielding and he didn't have a bigger stick to threaten. Even a Russtard has the bare survival instinct not to agree to harsher penalties if he broke his word.

Hardin can still point out bad faith and ask for consequences, but it would've been nice to have some be automatic instead of depending on the judge.

Well, remember how frantically he shit himself when he "found out" that naming witnesses meant they would be subpoenaed. He was more panicked about that prospect than monetary sanctions, in my opinion -- he knows as well as we do that you can't get blood from a stone, but compelling his own family to testify against him? Terrifying.

So not only is Plaintiff Russell Greer allegedly responsible for causing the death of that one witness whose name I already forgot Steve Taylor, but Plaintiff Russell Greer is also allegedly responsible for causing the death of the Pope
I'd be careful around him, he's shown to be absurdly powerful

Steve Taylor, I believe was the name, which is why people here thought he was made up for the longest time.

I think it was a strategic choice. Making the penalty insurmountable might've lead to Greer not agreeing. Now you still have the argument of Greer effectively taking 4 months of discovery from Null. It's never a lay up for penalties for Greer, but this would be some bullshit.

Hardin should ask Greer in court if Steve Taylor
OBJECTION!
Mr Taylor sounds like he was a perfectly lovely man, who was well-loved for his ability to connect with many students, especially the ones who were shy, alone or lost. He even befriended Greer, but unfortunately for Steve, some of the lost don't want to be found, and some of the alone are that way for good reason...
RIP Mr Taylor.

Very oddly, Greer conveniently has an appointment that just so happens to be the exact same time and day as the hearing. Very good to way to show he respects the court.

I'm betting that was the only day the brothel would pencil him.

Greer is also allegedly working on a response to Hardin's motion to dismiss.

It makes me wonder what they would say under oath. "Yes, Your Honor, the defendants are right: Russell is a drooling retard. We tried to talk him out of suing Taylor Swift, but he wouldn't listen. Now he wants us to bail him out of this."
