Jomha's getting booted or leaving CC was not something I expected. I guess as an IP whoever owns it can shuffle it around, sell it and cash out somehow but there is no way it can live on its own. I think Influencer boxing itself is trending down; the cost both in time, health and clout is in the negative for participants and so there are no incentives. The only profitable event was the first one and will remain the only profitable event most likely.
CC worked when Mr. Jomha was headlining, not only as a baseline for interest, but as a show of good faith to any others who joined to fight, that he was putting his money where his mouth is so to speak. It entirely revolved around him and I do not think it is really conceptually interesting to see untrained influencers boxing randomly, at least not enough to be a functional event to run as a charity drive.
