How could you NOT do this? You've got a bizzare case. The plaintiff is a Martian who has brought lawsuits against Arianna Grande and Taylor Swift because they refused to date him, and now he's bringing a lawsuit against the notorious Kiwifarms --- and the damn thing has been going on for five years and has accomplished NOTHING AT ALL!

When we were only visible through Tor, sure, the Judge probably wouldn't be bothered looking. Now though, we're just a click away and any normie with a yen to see what's up can click on Russell's thread and take a look.

At the very least, you're going to get your clerk to go and have a look and report back on the good bits.

Nah, the judge wouldn't intentionally bias himself like that.

We'll know he's found "Animal Control" if he orders Null be executed.

I'm disappointed we didn't get another last-minute freakout filing yesterday before close of business. Will we get one on Monday, or will he have accepted his fate for Tuesday?
Yeah, I figured Russ would have filed a more detailed excuse. It'd be another shot in the dark but the first one was even moreso. The first "emergency business pls cancel" was so awful, not only because it was pure LOL, but it put Russ on the court's radar.

You'd assume the zillions of times he didn't respond on time (or at all) would have already put eyes on Russell's demonstrated patterns but apparently not. Not formerly at least, until somewhat recently. If there's any sanity in this corrupt world, the judge make it known to Russ that the court has finally recognized that bullshit. Especially since he's now angling to waste the courtroom's time (outside of deciphering his retarded motions) instead of just Hardin's and Null's

No, normies are not as versed in internet lore as some of us autists. I somewhat often make what I think are commonplace jokes and references to memes and the like that go over the heads of people from 15 to 50.

He'll phone in from the meeting.

If he does, do we think we will hear A. the sounds of a brothel in the background, B. some bad paper crinkling to simulate bad connection, or C. the shuffling of people in a council meeting?

Did you forget to thumbnail your image, you silly goose?

The judge's increasingly-terse denials (so often just snapping off a docket text order without explanatory document) should've been a clue to Greer how the judge is feeling about this whole mess. But if he appeals to the District Judge again on Monday, that would be several orders of hilarity.

Alternatively, he could hire somebody to whap him upside the head with a crowbar, thereby creating a real, legitimate, documented emergency. There are people who would do it for free.

IMO the real question to ask is whether Greer thinks he'll eat more or fewer sanctions by blowing off the court, which will determine next week's hilarity. But anything can happen and Greer shows a history of consistently picking the worst option between stupid and reasonable whenever possible.

I agree. THESE are organs:

Those are pipe organs. The penis is more akin to a mouth organ.

Nah, the judge wouldn't intentionally bias himself like that.

Why would he be biasing himself? And which side would he be biasing himself in favour of?

I bet judges think that they're above that kind of bias anyway. Those are rules for lesser mortals (if such a rule exists. I've no idea.)

I don't think he'll get sanctions if he doesn't show up. At least what I think would happen aren't called "sanctions".

I hope he does show up, I made an emergency trip to the store today to make sure I had popcorn.

He really needs to team up with Nick Rekieta and become a Legal Lolcow Super Team.
Dumb & Dumber: attorneys at lol

I think he's spiralling because the case finally has a judge who's not putting up with his shit.

He's probably got very comfy the last few years filing whatever sloppy bullshit he fancied, knowing it would gum up the litigation and waste more of Null's time and money, but now the rubber is hitting the road and he is in full panic mode. If he turns up I expect a proper melty on Tuesday.

D) A wino at the shelter interrupting to ask if he's gonna eat that bread roll he got with his morning soup
