I don't think its Sam Hyde. He doesn't want to go anywhere near him and Sam Hyde has mostly respected their agreement for Sam to not talk about Idubbz. If Idubbz goes after Sam, Sam is not going to make a response like Ethan has. Sam Hyde will either harass him by going after things he is associated with in a series of escalating pranks or stunts, or he will completely ignore Idubbz. The moralizing shit doesn't work on Ethan, and it definitely won't work on Sam Hyde.

There are a lot of creators he might pick:

Destiny has many recent and ongoing scandals while being a political opponent of Hasan and far-left political commentators. Destiny is one of the biggest people going over this drama and viciously criticized Idubbz's content cop.

Bowblax seems like a prime target because he was singled out by Anisa and Ian for generating controversy around CC2 and also has a lot of his own scandals and dirty laundry.

He might go after commentary community as a whole, with a lot of emphasis on Nick Deorio and Turkey Tom. Nick Deorio is a major target for the H3 snark subreddits and is being dragged by Hasan's community for being so vocal about the current drama. Nick Deorio also hosted an interview with Harley and was instrumental in running CC3 into the ground. Him and Tom popularized the common criticisms against Anisa and Ian for CC2.

He could do another content cop on Keemstar. There's a lot that has happened between his last content cop and now. That might generate views and engagement. Keemstar has a lot of insane shit going on.

If he wants to clout chase, another target might be Asmongold. He could go after him for Asmongold's own comments on Palestine and would be able to generate controversy by going after such a large streamer.

Highly doubt Ian will make another content cop the only reason he made this one was because Anisa wanted him to so they could butter up and have a place in Hasan's clique. Unless Destiny gets into drama with Hasan to such a degree like Ethan, I'm going to heavily assume Ian will retire this series.
