During his twitter rant at artists, he stated he makes about 200k a year. That's why he was surprised that psychicpebbles doesn't make 250k or more off of his 1mil followers.

Some music bullshit. He wanted a degree in playing the saxophone.
So somebody who makes six figures a year mocking the poor. Progressive.During his twitter rant at artists, he stated he makes about 200k a year. That's why he was surprised that psychicpebbles doesn't make 250k or more off of his 1mil followers.
At least not for the sax. Most of the music students I hung out with mostly deal with composition, acoustics, and/or more versitile instrument like strings or a trumpet. That's a pretty stupid and wasteful reason to go to college. You don't need a degree in playing an instrument, all you need is to know how to not suck at playing it.
Not gonna lie, this gif is probably the funniest thing I've ever seen come out of this guy.>tfw people disagree with you

Anyone willing to check how much destiny is making from streaming?
When the SC2 hype (And money) started to taper off, he went to League of Legends where he's (Compared to other LoL streamers) mediocre-at-best.
Oh god, this hit a note with me as well. I used to hang around that animator circle a couple years back and would chat with them on a regular basis. For an animation thats about 10 minutes long, you can easily expect to spend 4 to 7 months on if you focus on it for HOURS a day. Then you have to worry about hiring people to voice; which in most cases friends are hired, since hiring anyone who voices for a living would cost more than the animation would net you. Its a very rough career to aspire to and I have to give big props to the few who do make it work.Just looked up his stats on LoLking and pffft, of course a pompous and mediocre ass of a player who screams about "elo hell**" mains Draven, the narcissistic egomaniac.
**(Something that doesn't exist at all in game. Just get gud fggt and play better champs like Jhin or Varus to get out of Plat.)
Im just finding all this drama to be hilarious. Did he really believe that animators get that much on youtube? Is he that exceptional on how much work has to be put into a small animation and how fucked youtube algorithm is after the cam/react e-girls who abused the shit out of the original "$$ per view" system. Even animators who moved on to video game channels like Egoraptor agree that unless Youtube changes their system, Animation just isn't worth all the work for barely any pay (50-250$) compared to making 3 easy 10-15 minute video game lets plays that net you maybe 1k daily.
Destiny really chose the worst tree to bark up and lecture with when he knows nothing about the industry and instead of admitting that he was wrong and saying sorry like a big boy, decided to sperg out on twitter "HAHA U SO MAD XDDD" and pretty much pissed off the whole animation and art community in one night. gj Steven.
This is the key to fucking everything.Part of what makes him such a great lolcow is his inability to listen to a voice of reason
Shkreli loves livestreaming and fucking with people. Destiny was the perfect target for him.But now I'm confused, why would a literally who be having conversations with someone like Martin? Isn't Martin like, y'know, actually powerful and important? Why would he waste his time arguing with the physical manifestation of autism if it only means more e-peen points?
I should've known who you had meant when you had said 'who specializes in pharmaceuticals'.
