The entire framework of soyjaks is mass manufactured and soulless. It's a parody of a parody and it's users are a parody of a parody of what edgelords are suppose to be.
It's like playing one of those online games, where you aren't allowed to type, so you have to choose from a selection of pre-written responses.
Atleast with something like wojaks, there was a relatability aspect to the meme. Soyjaks are hollow in nature, trying to offend a group of people, who are incapable of seeing anything wrong with the meme itself.
So, what even is the point? It isn't original enough. It isn't offensive enough. It isn't relatable enough. It's garbage clogging up my screen
I suspect the purpose of soyjak posters is to attempt to subvert actual, original, well thought-out memes. A lazy way to signal to other people that you also like "starwars", so that rejects can feel some sort of community. Without actually having to contribute any wit or humour.
