Im just finding all this drama to be hilarious. Did he really believe that animators get that much on youtube? Is he that retarded on how much work has to be put into a small animation and how fucked youtube algorithm is after the cam/react e-girls who abused the shit out of the original "$$ per view" system. Even animators who moved on to video game channels like Egoraptor agree that unless Youtube changes their system, Animation just isn't worth all the work for barely any pay (50-250$) compared to making 3 easy 10-15 minute video game lets plays that net you maybe 1k daily.

Oh god, this hit a note with me as well. I used to hang around that animator circle a couple years back and would chat with them on a regular basis. For an animation thats about 10 minutes long, you can easily expect to spend 4 to 7 months on if you focus on it for HOURS a day. Then you have to worry about hiring people to voice; which in most cases friends are hired, since hiring anyone who voices for a living would cost more than the animation would net you. Its a very rough career to aspire to and I have to give big props to the few who do make it work.

Might be a bit late on this, but I glanced down at the comments on the video of Destiny vs Metokur. It's pretty sad when even your viewers realizes you suck ass at properly debating in a calm, reasonable fashion and that you should probably stick to debating with randoms.

EDIT: I mentioned Destiny to someone who has also seen some of his content. Apparently, he attempted to go up against someone who specialized in pharmaceuticals and chemistry with two doctorates and was dismissed promptly because the opponent believed he was just spouting shit from his ass (that's what you get for trying to Google random sources to look smart). To save face, Destiny called it an interview instead. They said he took the video down from his channel, however it had been posted and discussed all over 4chan for a few weeks. They also mentioned the man was a college professor, but I'm not seeing anything about such a man. I don't know I will be able to find it if there's a copy anywhere since I haven't really done any digging in my time here, but it's worth a shot.

Part of what makes him such a great lolcow is his inability to listen to a voice of reason, and to act like he's a flawless individual, but if there was anyone with say, the charisma of Jontron, the arguments of Sargon, and the ability to formulate ideas neatly and orderly like Metokur, then you'd think maybe he might be willing to listen or accept criticism. Instead, like other people who act like manbabies, he can't take people who dissent and throws a tantrum when people call him out. What I wanna see most is people to go on stream in a debate format and to grill him over explicit messages with minors and things like that and to see him panic and deny everything.

Good question! I can explain this:

As we know, Martin Shkreli is under investigation for securities fraud and is awaiting trial. This is a jury trial which means the prosecution has to select jurors. So here's the thing, the prosecution will ask potential jurors if they are familiar with Shkreli and what opinion they have of him. If they say "Yes, I know him from such and such." They are disqualified.

TLDR: by making an ass of himself he makes jury selection more difficult for his trial. Former governor of Chicago Rod Blagojevich tried the same thing.
