Culture Crowdfunding campaign for woman allegedly involved in viral TikTok garners over $100K - /pol/ makes based white mother rich.

A fundraiser created by the user "Shiloh Hendrix" has raised more than $125,000 to help her family relocate after claiming the viral video led to their address, names and her Social Security number to be leaked.

ROCHESTER — The woman who allegedly directed a racial slur toward a child in a viral TikTok video has raised more than $125,000 for herself and her two children, according to a campaign on GiveSendGo.

A crowdfunding campaign titled "Help Me Protect My Family" was created by the user "Shiloh Hendrix" on Thursday afternoon, May 1. Hendrix claims her Social Security number, home address, phone number and place she works out have all been leaked to the public. The fundraising goal is set for $150,000.

"I am asking for your help to assist in protecting my family. I fear that we must relocate," the campaign said. "I have two small children who do not deserve this. We have been threatened to the extreme by people online. Anything will help! We cannot, and will not live in fear!"

The video depicted a man, who is not white, confronting the woman for calling a Black child a racial slur. Though the original video was taken down, Michael McWhorter, known online as TizzyEnt, reposted the video on Wednesday, April 30, to his more than 9.5 million followers across TikTok , Instagram , X and YouTube.

In her campaign, Hendrix claims the child stole from her 18-month-old son’s diaper bag at the Soldiers Field Park playground.

“I called the kid out for what he was,” Hendrix wrote.

As of Thursday night, the fundraiser has received more than 4,000 donations.

The video has since received millions of views, with McWhorter’s repost receiving 8.2 million views. Local leaders in Rochester have also responded to the video.

The Rochester Branch of the NAACP called on the Rochester Police Department and the Olmsted County Attorney’s Office to investigate the incident and file necessary charges. Rochester Mayor Kim Norton urged Rochester residents to do all they can to “end racism in this community.” DFL state lawmakers representing Rochester issued a joint statement condemning the “vile acts of racism” and said they were grateful that the person taking the video stepped in.

On the crowdfunding page, Hendrix alleges the individual who stepped in to film the video proceeded to follow her to her car and claims he has a criminal history. The Post Bulletin has not yet been able to identify the person who filmed the video. The TikTok account of the original poster has since been privated.

According to Minnesota Court Records Online, Hendrix was convicted of a misdemeanor DWI in 2014 and a petty misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct in 2012.

RPD is aware of the video and has received multiple calls related to it, RPD’s Amanda Grayson previously told the Post Bulletin. The police department is “actively looking into the matter.”

PS: so apparently /pol/ has been busy signal boosting this lady and memeing her the new queen of /pol/ and there’s rumors the dude confronting her is a pedo of some kind. @Shapes made an extensive and well done post chronicling the shenanigans here

It’s over 150k at this point and climbing. Kinda kino ngl
Edit: 171k with spicy $1488 donations.

I'm having flashbacks to my earliest days of grade school (the Desert Storm years, if you need to put a pin on it) and all of these well-meaning, chubby, permed-hair white lady public schoolteachers telling us that racism was the worst thing in the universe and that it was never okay say racist things and that doing a racism was literally Hitler times infinity.

We didn't have the internet or smartphones back then so we just believed it, and shrugged our shoulders when one of the little niggos in the class would get booted out of the class for the nth time that year for violence/theft/chimpouts.

Every kid born in the last 25 years has slid out of the womb with a screen in front of them showing a different act of deranged niggotry committed every day and a million more niggos in the comments section cheering them on. No wonder the pearl clutchers on social media keep looking older and more decrepit. No wonder the younger generations are getting more and more racist, or at the very least indifferent. Oldfags like me were literally the last ones you could brainwash that way and not have it be challenged every day by the niggos themselves.

And no wonder the reaction to this particular incident has been so based.
I can't tell you how many formerly "colorblind" Boomers and Gen-X'ers turned into card-carrying racists after the BLM riots. Boomers are almost entirely computer-illiterate, but nobody could ignore the "fiery but mostly peaceful protest". They burned more than cities during those riots. People who just accepted that Mike Brown was an innocent nig-nog who got shot while his hands were up and George Floyd just accidentally tried to pay with a counterfeit $20 suddenly started...noticing.

I've yet to meet a conservative boomer that was outright racist. Maybe a comment here or there, but they generally post memes online, praise whatever politician of the day, or bash Democrats.

Partially because:

they stopped doing this. The contradictions of the philosophy that underpins affirmative action are becoming very hard to ignore. I wonder, if any change is coming, where are the cracks going to show? You've got the bad foundation of blank slate theory, the facile analysis of disparate impact, the poor methods that don't even seem to shift outcomes. In any case the outcomes are bad and people at least notice that. In 2020, Californians voted against it in a ballot measure 57-43.

I used to think this way. It can appear totally reasonable. But time has proven that taking the high road and not engaging with tactics you disagree with doesn't work, and all you're doing is bending over and allowing yourself to get assfucked. You'll end up defending people who, when you're on the back foot, not only won't defend you but will actively cheer for your destruction.
This is just a continuation of "We just wanted to be left alone". I used to be one of those guys a decade or more ago, turns out if you just try to keep out of things, some bad shit will happen.

White people have been conditioned to accept all blame regarding blacks. It’s one of the core tenets of modern society.
Some people consider having a poorly secured shed to be literally entrapment, because you're encouraging them to victimize you by not taking the proper steps to prevent the inevitable crime. And of course, when they go to jail for it, its your crime. They also consider just presenting an opportunity to commit a crime to be legal entrapment, like cops leaving out bait cars. This is one of those issues that are almost exclusively black, because there's no "white community" to foster and protect this mindset. Just look at the comments of practically any bait car video.

Does anyone really want to live in a society where you're expected to constantly worry about how you're going to be attacked, robbed or killed and it's always your fault if it happens? You're actually expected to be more sympathetic to criminals because it wasn't their choice to rob you, but your choice to be an easy target, and the natural consequence is some poor guy is going to come by and mug you in a moment of weakness. It's a complete inversion of morality. I think it's just a result of people seeing a victim and a perpetrator and immediately choosing which to identify with.

I think nearly everyone on the right goes through a natural "I want to be left alone" lolberg stage where they imagine a world where the government is small and everyone just makes the world a better place through making better choices. It's usually short because the ideas don't work, and nobody will leave you alone. I've started to hate the libertarian crowd because they actively prevent anything useful, even if they agree completely with the end result. If we use government to do good things, we're just as bad as the people using government to do bad things. Though I have some respect for the older libertarians who have kept their principles and don't just use it as an excuse so encourage the natural consequences of letting everyone do everything as everything we enjoy and benefit from in society collapses around us.

You described my political trajectory perfectly. Bodycam footage turned me into a TND enjoyer. Big ups to BLM for forcing police departments to provide us with hours of entertainment.

COVID overreach played a big role in this in more ways than people appreciate imo. First off, the hypocrisy of the authorities allowing the mass gatherings with covid hysteria still going strong was just impossible to justify. How can you trust the authorities at that point?

George Floyd is out free on the street selling and taking drugs despite his record of nine previous arrests at the same time tens of millions of law abiding citizens are imprisoning themselves under authoritarian pressure? This fuckup resists arrest for a half hour and dies with overdose levels of drugs in his system. If the cops let him go then he was gonna hop in his car and drive around high off his ass and for all we know could have ended up killing himself or others in the process just like the drugs he sold could kill. You’re gonna canonize this shithead and crush anyone who disagrees? Really?

Now even more criminals are running free rioting and burning and looting and if you disapprove for any reason you are the bad guy they will try and destroy. It was a complete inversion of law and order. How can the system expect hard working people to tolerate this?

Now they have to imprison themselves inside not just because of COVID but also because the government surrendered the streets to rioters and criminals using dynamite to blow ATMs over 50 times in a major city in one weekend?

But beyond even that, I personally believe the riots and protests themselves were on some level anti-lockdown protests, or maybe it’s better to phrase it as mental breakdown from too much lockdown. I think Floyd was just a spark and the lockdowns were pouring gasoline everywhere ahead of time. Solitary confinement drives people insane. Lockdowns drive people insane.

Lots and lots of people are sick of the bullshit and won’t tolerate it anymore. The bullshit has impacted and traumatized too many people over too long and sustained a period.

I'm a boomer. Proper boomer, born in the mid-50's.

Historically, I'd always been on the left. About 20 years ago, I ran into a friend I knew from left wing politics. We started catching up and through the course of conversation, it became pretty clear that he'd gone full on racist. The phrase that shocked me was "niggers ruin everything."

Within about five years, I was in complete agreement with him. When there weren't so many of them, you could ignore them. They didn't live near us, we didn't see them. Who cares? But they've ruined our country, they're ruining our towns and cities. How long do we tolerate it?

I've got grown up children. As left and as liberal as you'd expect them to be. When I started expressing my views on racial issues, they'd diss me for being racist. About two years ago, my oldest daughter sidled up to me at Christmas and said, 'I'm sorry. You were right. You were right about everything."

Black fatigue has been at it's peak for some time now.

Rare based boomer. Very white pilling story great to hear.

Off topic and by the way I envy you if you were a horse racing fan and got to live through Secretariat.
