@Null hopefully the following will be of help:

You may need to counter sue, if you do then am sure we'll all be happy to chip in for a fundraiser.

If they think that you'll take them all the way to Court, and if they have something to hide (likely), they'll soon get cold feet.
Sue a Turkish company in California? Are you fucking insane?

Technically can sue everybody

After that one dude got killed in North Korea, his family sued North Korea and won.
Though the judge admitted that it's unlikely they'll see even one cent from them, but still

I'm not sure if the Turkish government plays ball with US courts, they're more aligned with the US than N.Korea is.

But even then, it'll go nowhere because this isn't some huge profile case, sadly :/

It's not even worth the attempt

Probably jack shit. This is some retarded spam company. Do they even HAVE a lawyer on staff?
That's what I was thinking. With something like this that is so outlandishly fraudulent why not just ignore it? If it comes to a legal action (which seems unlikely unless I'm missing something) then get it dismissed at that point.

It's annoying Null would have to pay an attorney for bullshit like this but at this point he can probably write is own motion for dismissal.

*the lawyer* "My name is Ali. My lawyer qualifications are that I put together shitty shotguns for 5 years and sold Kebabs from a stand for 10 after getting fired. Give us 10 billion dollars Kiwi Farms, I give you fair price"

It doesn't need to go anywhere.
Their business model only requires low IQ people to believe that they're doing something, so all they have to do is send 10,000 emails and provide proof to the customer and they'll keep giving them money because most of them are too lazy or scared to click the kiwifarms link to see if it's actually gone.
They dont really care what happens to the content so long as their customers THINK content is being removed. Linking unrelated posts may help with this because the few that DO check may just think the content was at some point there, but removed.

Therefore
Do they even HAVE a lawyer on staff?
they dont really need one. The risk of some retard finding out they are paying someone to do effectively nothing is much lower than the risk of losing a legal battle.
