Oh good god, no, he wouldn't get $2,000 per month. That's just the max he's allowed to have in liquid cash to prevent him from hoarding his SSI each month. I think I read it was $943 per month for 2025? It goes up each year based on the cost of living adjustment (COLA), but that's usually a few percentage points per year.

But yes, he would definitely spend it all as soon as it comes in and then be royally fucked. One of our clients was notorious for immediately withdrawing any cash that wasn't used for recurring bills (i.e. the fee for our services).
