So Russel has repeatedly lied or misled or never even asked or checked if he had living, willing witnesses and now he says he magically has new ones? How many years will that goose chase take? He's obviously wasting time and money because he's pro se. Axe it judge! He already said he sued because null is a bad man! It's obviously personal and not connected to any actual damages or copyright!

Greer does not oppose the motion to stay discovery, but maintains his two new defendants do have relevant testimony and is trying to figure out how to serve them.

Hardin points out that Greer never mentioned this earlier in the case, calls it a rule 26 violation. Judge says it's okay to add parties in an amended complaint, Hardin responds that it's still a problem because the two users were never disclosed as having any discoverable information.

Judge suggests Hardin is being very anal about discovery disclosure, needs to chill.

Hardin also points out that the statute of limitations against the two new defendants has expired.
