Re IFP: Court needs to find whether IFP still applicable. Can he afford the $402?
Greer says he can!
But continues to whinge about Hardin nitpicking as his IFP status has nothing to do with copyright.
Bennett: Cant hear your case if you don't pay the fees. You have to now pay it within 30 days.
Greer sounds utterly crestfallen.

IFP time. Russell is capable of paying a grand in sanctions.

Judge: "Mr Greer - help me understand - do you have the ability to pay the filing fee of $400?"

Russell: "Yes, I can. But it's not relevant."

Judge: "IFP status has nothing to do with copyright infringement"

Judge orders Greer to pay filing fees within 30 days.

Russell has to pay to avoid dismissal.
