“The U.S. Attorney’s Office has zero tolerance for public officials who violate federal laws — particularly those laws that protect vulnerable children from sexual abuse,” said Acting U.S. Attorney for Minnesota Lisa Kirkpatrick in a statement. “… While donning his uniform, Plonski committed one of the most vile and predatory offenses imaginable.”

Court documents weren’t publicly available Thursday and it wasn’t immediately clear whether the alleged offense happened while Plonski was on or off-duty, or whether he has an attorney.

Plonski became a state trooper in 2022 and is on leave, with an internal affairs investigation underway.

“The allegations in this case are appalling and indefensible,” said State Patrol Col. Christina Bogojevic in a statement. “… No badge, no title and no position will ever place anyone above the law. Protecting the vulnerable is our duty. Anyone who violates that duty has no place in this organization or in our profession.”

A Minnesota State Patrol trooper has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct of an infant, according to a criminal complaint filed in Scott County on Friday.
On Thursday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced it had filed a federal charge of production of child pornography against Jeremy Francis Plonski, 29.

The criminal complaint filed in state court Friday gives the following information from prosecutors:
On Wednesday, FBI special agents in Houston began forensically analyzing a cellphone in an investigation into child sexual abuse materials. Federal law enforcement identified Plonski as the person who produced the materials.

Law enforcement found several videos that showed Plonski sexually assaulting an infant girl. His and the child’s faces were “fully visible” in the video and the file name suggested it was recorded on April 19, 2023.

The FBI arrested Plonski on Wednesday and a Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension special agent assisted FBI special agents in interviewing him. Plonski said he started a relationship with a user on the social media application Kik in 2022.

“The two engaged in a dominant/submissive relationship where (Plonski) was submissive,” the complaint said. “Eventually that user instructed (Plonski) to send videos of (him) performing sexual acts” on the infant, whose relationship to Plonski wasn’t specified in the complaint.

Plonski told law enforcement he sent four or five videos of him sexually assaulting the infant in his home in Shakopee. He said after recording and sending the “four or five” incidents, “which he believed was sometime in 2022,” he “ceased all sexual contact with victim and has not touched her since.”

The FBI criminal complaint said the acts took place between about 2022 through about May 2023. Acting U.S. Attorney for Minnesota Lisa Kirkpatrick said in a statement: “While donning his uniform, Plonski committed one of the most vile and predatory offenses imaginable.”

Plonski was represented by a federal public defender in court on Friday; an attorney for him wasn’t listed in the newly filed Scott County case.
“The crimes alleged are horrifying,” BCA Superintendent Drew Evans said in a statement. “This child endured unimaginable sexual abuse. We will continue our dogged pursuit of any criminal who preys on our children — our most vulnerable residents.”

Scott County Attorney Ron Hocevar said his office “will pursue all potential charges and maximum penalties available to us to hold this individual accountable.”
Plonski became a state trooper in 2022 and is on leave, with an internal affairs investigation underway.

He remains in federal custody in the Sherburne County jail.

So you make baby rape videos and your face and uniform are both clearly visible in them. I'm shocked, but I am definitely not surprised, this is just the kind of IQ you're supposed to accept from a government employee now.

Women are naturally repulsed by men who do anything gay. They'll give a lot of reasons for it, like being scared of STDs, but when the revulsion is more closely examined one idea that surfaces is the impression that a man who submits sexually to another man is not and cannot be a protector. A woman wants a man who can be the anchor point of her world and a man who bends over for other men can never fulfill that. For the same reason it's insane to hire fags into police and security jobs and not expect outcomes like this.
